A great location to explore Franschhoek within easy walking distance of the town centre and its shops and facilities. The house is set within a quiet and private development and has a pleasant garden area where trees provide some shelter from the heat of the day. The accommodation is spacious and ideal for a short break in the area.

What a beautiful location in walking distance (one road back) from the beach and lagoon with board walks along the coast. Very spacious and had everything we needed. We had a lovely time with our family and kids.

What a gem of a place! Perfect home away from home for a peaceful and relaxed family holiday. The most beautiful views from both decks. We loved watching the birds enjoy the back garden and flowers. We even made friends with one of the local birds - Toto. The house is perfectly situated to walk to Silversands beach and the penguin sanctuary. A nice easy walk, even for Ouma whi joined us. Annie is an amazing host and responded promptly to any requests or questions. The info she left of the area was very handy. We will definitely book again at this beautiful Sea Cottage.

We had a lovely week at Dominic’s house with 2 young children. The house is as described in the heart of Franschhoek within walking distance of the restaurants and shops. We loved the Saturday village market! Our fave places were the picnic at Boschendal, Babylonstoren and Ma Maison. We were pleasantly surprised how well catered places were for kids with playgrounds, kids menus etc. We had a wonderful time! His house is on a main road as others mentioned but it didn’t affect our stay at all, we would return!

We had a lovely stay in Greyton! Andrews home has beautiful views of the Greyton reserve. We so enjoyed sitting on the patio looking at the mountain! The pool was great for the kids!

We had a wonderful stay. Kim was an attentive host, she made sure we were comfortable and made excellent recommendations on where to eat and activities in the area. The cabin itself has a beautiful view of the lagoon and a stunning deck where you can watch the sunset or the kitesurfers in the afternoon.
