Condo vacation rentals in Cabo San Lucas

Alejandro 's place made for a lovely stay! We loved all the outdoor space and ability to cook our own food. The grill was super clean and easy to use. The bed was very comfortable. The views are even better than the pictures. Everything from the listing is there, albeit some amenities (esp the pool) are not in the same condition as the pictures. We would stay here again!

Tom was very accommodating and gave us many recommendations for great food places. We felt right at home. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely return again to book with Tom.

Barbara was a dream to work with - super friendly, quick to respond and very accommodating. The condo was exactly as described - refreshingly light, bright, cute and comfortable. Having shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided in both bathrooms was also an unexpected but pleasant surprise. There were plenty of towels and pool towels (something we’ve had issues with at other rentals). And being able to walk up one flight of stairs to the pool was super convenient. The condo was also a 10 minute walk to the quiet end of Medano beach (I timed it). We would have no issues renting again however, the neighborhood isn’t very walkable (lots of construction, dusty, not many places to eat) and the Oxxo next door is awesome but does not sell beer/liquor (you have to go up a bit further to the Mini-Super instead). This wasn’t a big deal for us, it just meant a bit more Ubering.

Excellent place to vacation with your family! Close to the marina, groceries, yet private, quiet, and secure. Excellent views and amenities! Fully stocked kitchen and conveniences. Look forward to coming back.

If we can give more than 5 stars we would. We absolutely loved our stay in this lovely seaside unit. Whether it was sunrise coffee in the tropical backyard or oceanview grilling in the evenings while dipping our feet in the private pool, this oasis was the perfect getaway for us. The accommodations were accurate and comfortable and had everything we needed. Access to the other resorts was also a plus and a 15-20 minute drive to downtown made shopping, etc. quite easy. These hosts are extremely responsive and friendly. We hope this is available our next trip to Cabos and we highly recommend a stay here.

Jose was able to accommodate us last minute and was super helpful with communicating with us directly and make us feel at home. Jose place is a perfect get away spot for if you are looking for something on the quiet side. There was no loud party or traffic noise to worry about come night time thus peaceful sleeps in a very comfortable king size bed were had. Ocean view was fantastic and 1st floor walk out to private pool was a bonus. Will definitely recommend and probably be coming back again next year.

My family really enjoyed our stay. It was a short walk to the marina and even closer to some nice cafes and restaurants, as well as a nice park nearby. Lots of space for the 6 of us with a great deck to relax. We had a couple of challenges out of the control of the owner - power outage at check-in and no gas, but Luxury and the management team were very responsive to address everything quickly and it really didn't impact our stay at all. Great communication and a very nice place. We would definitely go back.

Accessing the condo was seamless, the transportation company recommended to us by the host was excellent. The host was exceedingly responsive, terrific. The kitchen is well stocked, everything worked. Beds are comfortable. The condo is in a great location, it is truly a 5 minute walk to the beach. The provided beach accessories (chairs, umbrella, coolers, were a great bonus.) The grill on the upper deck was awesome, we cooked several suppers on it. We were able to walk into town easily for suppers or groceries. (Walmart and Chedrauri are 20 minute walk) Taxis are readily available should you choose not to walk. The condo grounds are well kept and the staff is very friendly. The condo itself was very quiet, however there is some traffic noise from nearby roadways and a local bar. If we find ourselves back in Cabo, we would definately rent this condo again.

Our group had a great time in Cabo staying at Victoria's condo. Hugo and team were kind, responsive, and pleasant to deal with, making check-in and check-out very easy. The condo had everything we needed, along with being extremely clean, and having a beautiful view!

Rick was very communicative throughout our entire process. All responses were very prompt. He was extremely helpful in arranging transportation to and from the airport as well as shopping on our way to the condo. The condo was clean and very nicely decorated. We couldn’t have asked for more. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting to be close to town and the beach. The complex has a nice pool, pool table, ping pong table etc in the club house. Everything is very well maintained. Thank you very much Rick for allowing us into your home.

The condo was very private and safe. The location was perfect for us as we came to fish. We enjoyed the rooftop hot tub after a long day fishing.

My family of 4 (including 2 toddlers) had a wonderful stay! We walked to the beach in the mornings and played in the pools in the afternoon. We loved being walking distance to the grocery store and local park. All the staff and others guests were so kind. We loved the peaceful atmosphere at the condo and beautiful ocean view from our room. We even could see whales spouting out in the ocean. We hope to come back again next year.

This condo is exceptional and greatly exceed expectations. If you are considering staying here, stop reading right now and just book it. Seriously. Everything was fabulous. The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen is modern and well-equipped, the view from the balcony is stunning, there is gated parking, and the hosts are exceptionally kind and responsive. The area is away from the touristy hustle and bustle, the marina is within an easy 20 minute walk, and there are plenty of great restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. There are several options for groceries and drinks nearby, as well as pastry and fresh handmade tortillas. The in-unit washer and dryer was really helpful for us traveling as a family. We would not hesitate to stay here again. A+++

Great location, very nice ground floor 1 bedroom unit, lovely host, BUT the unit requires much TLC. Close walk to the beach, about 200 meters up a slight hill and back down, convenient side entrance right next to the unit. The grounds around the pool were nice to wake up to, along with the birds. The complex is quiet but the music, at times, comes from the beach bars. Cabo was one of the most expensive places we stayed at in Mexico. Pool bar had great food and drinks specials every day, including breakfast, great prices. Pool table and table tennis are in the pool side house. Small shop with basic items, laundry service and nail salon. Everything is in US$, locals assume you come from the states and have nothing but dollar. You will most likely be charged in dollar which is then converted into Mexican peso at the daily rate, so strange but convenient for US folks. I would recommend only after the unit gets a facelift. Sorry but the Marilyn stature was a bit creepy.

We had an absolutely great stay. Nicole, the concierge, was fantastic. She was always responsive to our questions and requests, and provide helpful insights and suggestions to make our stay better. We definitely plan to return.

Very nice and quiet location. The place was very nice and clean. The host was very helpful and helped us make reservations for off-roading, party boat, and restaurant recommendations.

100% would stay again. Everywhere in Cabo has its pros and cons. This one is the best of all worlds. Only con is there’s no infinity pool hah. But I’d take a 2 br suite any day. If you try to get a crappy hotel room, you’d still have to sit through the timeshare bs. Was bringing a friend (her first time) so we had plenty of beach / exploration time anyways. And it’s 2 blocks away from my fav beach breakfast place at cascadas. $5 Ubers were great.

We were specifically looking for a place close to the marina with fun places to go. This property is in a fantastic area. Close to live music, wonderful dining options, shopping and great people watching. Its in a loud city setting. Great choice for city living while traveling.

Do not hesitate to book this location! It was exactly as shown in the photos. It was very clean and had everything you would need for a great stay. Steve & Carla pay attention to detail and it shows. They were also very responsive and helped arrange our transfer back to the airport. The location is great…a short walk to town or a quick uber ride. We will definitely book with them again the next time we are in Cabo.

The unit is located in Tezal, just a 10-minute drive from Downtown Cabo. It’s a gated community with 24/7 security, making it feel very private, secure, and quiet. I highly recommend this place, especially for families traveling with children or babies. Costco and Soriana market are within walking distance, which was extremely convenient. The host was very responsive and flexible with check-in times. The unit itself was clean and quiet, equipped with everything you might need. You can also request a baby crib, high chair, and bath if needed. Plus, the beautiful ocean view of El Arco is a wonderful bonus!
