Apartment vacation rentals in Cabo San Lucas

I have stayed at many Airbnb properties. Laura is by far the best host I have ever experienced, so helpful. The condo is even more beautiful than the photos. We are so happy we stayed there. Highly recommended.

The condo is very spacious and convenient to Costco and a supermarket for groceries and supplies. The whole setup is conducive to a wonderful stay in Cabo San Lucas. Highly recommended

The place was great, only the recommendation is that the guests respect and do not smoke inside the house as the smell of tobacco was perceived. But the rest, very good

Julie and Johnny were great- quick and helpful communicators. There was a broken screen on the window when we arrived and Jonny can right over and fixed it. The location was great. Just up the road from the main road where the fancy hotels and many restaurants are. Easy and secure access. As two women traveling, never felt unsafe and this includes seveal times walking at night to and from the condo to the Plaza Mijares approx. 1.5 miles away. The condo complex is quiet and well maintained. Occasionally some night time party noise from the hotels on the beach. The pool is very pleasant and clean. We had a restful and fun week in San Jose del Cobo. Would definitely rent this one again.

we stayed just under a month here, Luz and her husband Diego are fantastic people, friendly and always available to help you. had all the amenities listed so we could Cook our own meals and hot showers. they cleaned our room once a week and it was just perfect for us. laundry service nextdoor as well. walk to town is a mile but we did it most every day. uber ride less then 5 dollars . great place to stay!

David's Place is very spacious and accommodating for a number of guests. We had 4. The location is near a very busy road and we often had loud music in the evenings from a couple of restaurants. The complex is lovely, with a beautiful pool, although the sun exposure is morning to 1:00. Friendly and helpful security staff. Very close for walking to the beach; only a couple of blocks. Laura was very responsive to any of my questions and most helpful. A lovely lady!

Husband and I stayed here for a couple days during our honeymoon and it was perfect! Ben’s place was wonderful and made us feel right at home. The pools at hot tubs at the resort were very nice. The place is steps to a swimmable beach, Costa Azul. We were 5-10min from lots of restaurants and downtown San Jose Del Cabo and only about 25-30min from Cabo San Lucas for excursions. The whole area was so peaceful and quiet. We can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed our stay with Ximena and Kevin, the area is so serene and lovely. We had a pool and hot tub right out our door and a view of the golf course. We met all the family and the beautiful dog Patrick. Also, there were a few cold drinks waiting for us in the fridge, so appreciated after a day of travels. The Airbnb is walkable to the main Square and beach area Sea of Cortez, each about a half hour. The home has a water filtration system , so no issues with drinking it or brushing teeth. We would recommend staying here, and hope to be back soon. Thanks for a great week!

This is a fantastic spot if you would like to be right down town Cabo but would also like a quiet spot. It’s located in a very nice neighborhood that is almost an anomaly from the near by party scene. Upscale coffee shops and a near by organic market are only mins away. The public beach is a bit of a walk but not so bad and a person can beach hop via foot closer towards lovers beach in low tide. The hot tub is a nice touch to this hotel and we had it to ourselves each night. It’s was also open until 11pm which was fantastic if a person wants to relax. There is excellent safe parking on the premises and pubic laundry facilities when staff is present. It seems there are many long term guests so the first night was almost dead silent which again was nice. I would highly recommend this place to people who would like to be close to things but would also like a quiet stay. The staff were also friendly and very helpful.

Was a wonderful place for me and my lady to escape for a week got to see Whales from the balcony and relax in the hot tub beds are comfortable!

Great location! Perfect sunset view … close walk to the beach and very quiet area! The property has security and your car is in a safe lot. There are some nice views and great restaurants we walked to. All in all great spot for a quick vacay!

What a beautiful studio condo! It’s exactly as described. I’m a solo female, it was my first time to Cabo. This place met all my needs; big comfy bed, shower, TV, desk, full kitchen with big fridge, filtered tap water, but the best parts were the beautiful views and the safety I felt. I would return again! And likely will in the coming year. This condo made my trip perfect.

We had a very enjoyable time at the condo. The view is stunning, the apartment is clean, roomy and was well stocked with kitchen equipment and beach accessories. It is close to a major supermarket (Comer) and some restaurants in walking distance. Unfortunately although the beach is right in from of you, there is no easy access to the beach without paying $95 per day to BelAir. The hosts are great and very responsive. Definitely worth the money.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Carolina’s property. It was exactly as described and very clean and comfortable. The rooftop pool was a win with my kids and it was never busy, we often had the entire space to ourselves. The walk to the beach was as described and very accessible. We walked the entire beach to the marina and with kids it only took about 45 minutes.. not bad at all as we were taking our time and letting them play in the waves. There are a couple of restaurants and ice cream places close to the building we walked to that were excellent, although, I wouldn’t spend too much time walking around the building as there was a lot of construction and hazards for my children. Not a huge negative, but something to note for families. The Uber ride to other areas was very reasonable and this is what we mostly opted to do. Carolina and her business partner were very responsive and helpful and we really appreciated the cleanliness of our unit. Would stay here again!

We had a great stay at the condo. The ground floor location was great so the kids didnt have to climb up many stairs, and it was nice and close to the big pool. Great communication with the host - very responsive. Would recommend!

This was exactly what we were looking for. Close to everything for walking, not a super touristy area, and had all the amenities needed and even had coffee available which was a very nice touch. We would definitely come back

Everything very nice! it's a family building, so loud music is not allowed, everything is very clean and I was comfortable, ideal for resting. Too bad it doesn't have a boiler for the pool, and for the season, the water is cold

Great people and a really great place to stay for upto 6 people. Very convenient to have. Costco and Grocery store 24hr so close. The team there made our stay so enjoyable!
