Beach condo vacation rentals in Cabarete

The apt was beautiful. Everyone was extremely helpful and nice. I will definently stay there again!

I Went for my 40th birthday and still elated from my stay !!! …. Okay so the view , the freaking view !!!! From the bedroom to the main living area. Stunning !! .. ! I posted pics and people absolutely loved it and asked about it. Literally a 1 minute walk to the beach. Random , but I know people care about small things like this , but water pressure is great. I would say if you like hot showers , the front bathroom water is on the warmer side. .. the place felt cozy and home like. Lea was very fast with responding. Also, very helpful with food recommendations as well as things to do in the surrounding area.. … Just book it ! … I cannot wait to come back with my kids ! Thank you so much again Lea!

Wow .. might be my favorite, so far in the Dominican Republic. Nice friendly community. Restaurant on site. Store close by and don't forget Quebec Smoked Meats across the street. Patio was unbelievable, listening to the ocean waves crash everyday, morning to night. And finally, the beach, unreal sunrises, quiet stressless walks, no vendors, an surreal environment. Will definitely book this place again. Thanks Teresia.

Literally the perfect stay for a solo traveler... And Rob is a solid guy and made sure everything went smooth... The staff and everyone there made me feel welcome and I felt safe the whole time, even late nights.. Would definitely recommend...

This is my second January at Kite Beach staying in Elizabeth’s lovely condo. It’s right on the beach and easy to walk to local restaurants. About 30 mins walk into Cabarete. You couldn’t ask for a more beautiful beach. Ocean swimming as well as having a beautiful pool. It’s just such a great find. Can’t wait to come back. It was very hard to leave 😿😿

The place was nice and big with all the necessities. All the restaurants were walkable through the beach or town. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our time at Orilla del Mar. George is a fabulous HOST and he always responded quickly to my questions and also provided updates about property maintenance, etc. The CONDO itself is very spacious and had everything we needed and more. It was also nice to have access to a BBQ. It is a good 20 minute walk to town but for us the LOCATION was perfect. The grounds are very well maintained and the pool area is lovely. The palapa's on the beach were a definite bonus. George made everything easy and we couldn't have found a better place or host. We would not hesitate for a second to return.

Beautiful place, the pool and children playground was perfect. Short beach walk and 5 minute drive to the center of cabarete where you can find lots of shops and restaurants.

Beautiful place and wonderful hosts! It's nothing like waking up to ocean views. The hosts were also super responsive and were very flexible. We wanted to leave our luggage behind for a bit longer and they were very accommodating. The only drawback is they didn't provide shampoo

Casey's place was great. Really nice condo with a nice courtyard and a nice small restaurant. Pool is close and a beautiful natural quiet beach is a 5 minute walk away. You need a car or taxi to get to Sosua which is maybe 10 minutes away, but the tranquility of the condo is worth it. A very secure and safe place to relax.

Vica's place is truly one of a kind - quiet, beautiful, stylish and relaxing. The patio and the lawn in front are perfect for meditation; the beach is always empty and great for swimming; the sunrises and the sunsets are stunning. The bedrooms are quiet and comfortable, with excellent A/C. The pool was being repaired, but they offer cheap access to a nearby condo complex with a giant pool, and Sosua Ocean Village next door has five pools, all free if you have a meal at the stunning Maria restaurant. It's a five minute drive to Encuentro, the surfing beach, and seven min. to Cabarete, for kiting and beachfront dining. I'll be back.

The interior design is tasteful and elegant, with comfortable furnishings and beautiful artwork throughout. The condo was also spotlessly clean, with clear attention to detail and a clear commitment to providing a clean and comfortable environment for guests. The condo is also incredibly well-equipped, with everything we needed. The private balcony was our favorite spot to hear the birds, see beautiful landscape, and enjoy a glass of wine. But what really made our stay special was our host, Ludmila. She was absolutely wonderful - warm, welcoming, and always available to answer our questions. Will come again for sure!

The condo was completely updated and clean. There was a partial ocean view. The beach was walkable for miles in either direction, even at high tide. 24 hour security at the gate. A safe at this wonderfully property would have been extra feature. Julia was readily available for any questions

Very nice apartment in a very well maintained residence with a beautiful pool. Close to the beach and the center of Cabarete. You can do anything on foot. We can't hear the noise from the road and the bedding is excellent. Just a note about kitchen furniture that is starting to age. Sophie is always reachable and responsive.
