Monthly Rentals in Ca' Bianca

Everything was impeccable, very clean. Matteo is super nice, very kind and welcoming. It went very well. A small downside, above a company that starts working early. For us no worries because we get up early but don't think to make the fat morning. Reserved parking in the courtyard.

We had a pleasant stay in this fully equipped accommodation. It is spacious, bright, very well arranged, very nice kitchen . We slept on a good bedding. The building is fully secured and with private garage. Very nice welcome upon arrival. Check-out is very simple. Very easy to find and the host was waiting for us in front of the entrance. Everything is close by, restaurants, shops, and a great beach 500m away. There are many places to visit in the area. A real happiness . Recommended +++++

We enjoyed our stay at Nicola's place. The apartment was really comfortable (good bedding in particular) and, contrary to what we had read in other reviews, really very quiet at any time of day (it may be a matter of season). It is really well located as it is at one end of the main canal (and right across from a delicious pizzeria that makes takeout pizzas) and it is nice to see the canal from all the windows of the house. Nicola was a perfect host, even if we are not seen in person, and responded very quickly to all requests. We will be back with pleasure if we return to Chioggia.
