The spacious apartment is located in a small place somewhat secluded larger places in the middle of wonderful nature. That's how we wanted it. The apartment was quick to find and due to Laura's good description we were able to move into the apartment quickly. Parking was also possible in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need. The apartment was clean and the beds very comfortable. Cooking was just as possible as washing laundry. This was also necessary, as we returned from the forest happy but muddy after participating in a truffle hunt. We would recommend anyone to visit this place, enjoy the breathtaking views of the countryside and reservoir, explore nature and definitely participate in a truffle hunt that starts right next to the apartment with the Karlic family. We would definitely come back.

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it !
