Amaizing annexe. Kim's place is located in the quiet neighbourhood. In a walking distance to beautiful river Hamble and the local marina. It is specious, spotless and very well equipped. Decorated with a great taste. This lovely place is provided with everything you need even for a longer stay. It is conveniently placed close to Tesco extra and bus stop to Southampton and Portsmouth. Kim and Ian were very friendly and always happy to help. We had a wonderful stay and we will definitely return. Kate&Robert

Richard’s place is lovely and quiet, very private, as he says in his description of his place the walk into the local village isn’t too stressful, a good ten minute walk with some very nice places to eat and drink, we were only a small contract which is a slight shame as we definitely would of rebooked, cheers again Richard!!!!

We loved our stay at the river pod and wished we had booked longer. The pod was spotless, nicely decorated and had everything you could possibly need. There were lots of nice little touches especially the bottle of bubbly and chocolates as we went for our anniversary. Teresa was the perfect host, very friendly and gave great recommendations of local walks and restaurants. We will definitely recommend the pod to others and would love to return at some point.

We loved our stay in Sandra’s annex, which exceeded our expectations. The accommodation was very comfortable, warm and roomy. A very peaceful setting looking out into the garden, with views of the river in the distance. So relaxing with a lovely tucked away feel, yet within easy reach of the pub, the river and local walks. Sandra was very good at communicating and had left some very thoughtful extras like tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and so on. We will definitely stay again.
