Andressa was very helpful and polite, communication was always quick and we had no problems. The place is beautiful and very quiet, we will certainly come back more times!!

My experience at Pontal do Lago was simply wonderful! I spent three incredible days, with great comfort, tranquility and a breathtaking view. The house is exactly like in the pictures — well-equipped, clean and cozy. The outdoor area is perfect for relaxing, especially at sunset. The host was attentive and always available for questions. No doubt I recommend and hope to be back soon!

The accommodation is the same as the photos and Zé Roberto was very attentive
