Monthly Rentals in Budenheim

We had a wonderful few days in the cozy apartment, we didn't miss anything, especially positively to mention the good equipment of the kitchen. The personal welcome was very nice and informative, the surroundings are very nice for hiking, we felt completely comfortable.

My mother stayed at Martin's apartment while she was visiting me in Mainz. Communication and check-in/check-out were easy, and Martin was flexible about check-in and check-out times. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to nature/the nearby Lennebergwald (forest), but is also a short walk from the tram stop, which has a direct connection to central Mainz & the old city center. My mother adds: "Martin was friendly and hospitable. I enjoyed using the bicycle. He made sure there was enough air in the tires, he showed me how the lights and cell phone clip worked. Also provided a bicycle helmet and asked what I wanted to see and suggested a route to Budenheim. The breakfast items provided in the refrigerator and fresh fruit were appreciated. The studio apartment was a good fit for my visit."

Beautiful apartment with everything you need! The bus picks up right outside, and it’s only 20 minutes to the main train station. There are several stores within walking distance, and the kitchen is well equipped. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again.
