Monthly Rentals in Brooklyn Heights

Was a quiet place in the middle of a big city. Quiet neighborhood by a school. Not to much activity. I would consider this town for residence. I would recommend bringing an extension cord as it’s an older house with little electric outlets. Cold air warm heat. Hot water all work well. Fenced yard for kids or dogs. Would stay here again. Was a great place to spend time with the people I love. Thus Air BB will hold a special place in my heart as it started the journey to a new beautiful life.

The house is an older home , but very nice. Perfect for a couple or one person. Madison’s is very informative and helpful. Nice to have access to outside security but doorbell ring never worked. I do recommend the house. Short drive to everything.

My mom and I needed a place to stay for a couple of days during frigid cold weather while we waited for our furnace to be replaced. My mom felt safe while I was working or away from the apartment, and I felt at ease when I had to leave her there. It was a last-minute decision made after the repairman marked the furnace turn back on as dangerous to the night. Since we would need to return to the home during the repairman's working window, I looked for a location close to our neighborhood, and James' place worked out very well for us. The stairs were steep, which was an issue for my mom. So keep in mind if you or your other guests have mobility issues, this could cause a problem since it is on the second floor. I was also looking for an ironing board but didn't find one. Otherwise, the check-in process was seamless. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with three bedrooms and a full kitchen.

Beautiful place ! Spacious and Clean ! Has a very nice large office area if you’re looking for that. Awesome TV with lots of choices if you’re into that at end of day. Fast response on our questions and concerns which were minor issues ! Highly recommended !
