Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Brookhaven

Our second stay here in Smyrna Ga.. everything was perfect, clean, spacious, nice backyard space for our pup, comfy bed, everything 💯!!

We had a wonderful stay at Wendy’s place visiting with family in the area. The home was very comfortable and our dogs loved the backyard. The area had several parks with great trails for our dogs.

The house was not what we expected at all. It was beautiful and comfortable. Everyone had room to move even in the bathrooms! It is located not too far from places you may need. Or away from family like us. The host was gray at answering questions and checking in on is during the snow storm. I would really recommend this home to anyone looking for a modern warm place to stay. Thank you again for hosting us

Alicia went over and beyond. This is the third time my family has spent approximately a week at this location. Without me telling them, they saw the ages of my children, and made sure there were pack and plays set up for the baby in two separate rooms. The house has a great location, and is cozy, you will feel right at home. My children love the spot and see it as a home away from home at this point. I have used AirBNBs for years, but will continue to use Alicia's spot. If you have children I highly encourage this location.

House is attractively furnished and spotless. We loved all the little Valentine’s Day touches. Doo has thought of everything you need from cozy blankets by the sofa to coffee and spices. Generous paper products. Highly recommend.

Nice second story place. Nice location and easy to find. Short walk to restaurants. Train station .7 mile walk. Space was clean and as expected. Not fancy, but good value. Would stay again.

This is our third stay at Kathleen’s place. You cannot beat this private and clean hideaway in a great neighborhood. So many places in a walkable distance and easy to hop in the belt line. It’s our go to spot anytime we visit Atlanta.

Just the friendliest and most helpful host you could ask for. The place was clean and cozy. Plenty of food within walking distance. Would for sure stay here again!

Phil was an excellent host. One of the best I’ve ever stayed with. The location was amazing. Short walk to restaurants and bars. Safe area that looks recently revitalized in mid town and easy to get picked up by Ubers or find nearby scooters. The apartment was excellent and very functional. It has everything you would need for a short stay. The fact that Phil lives upstairs, made it great because it felt like you were truly a guest in his home. Would stay here again.

This was our 2nd visit to The C Suite as we have family nearby we visit. We could not ask for a better base for our family of 4. It’s quiet, dark at night, and private all while being so centrally located not only to our family but to many Atlanta sites. The aquarium passes are a nice added bonus that we made use of and really enjoyed.

The place was just perfect for my wife and myself visiting family in the neighborhood. Private entrance. A small yard for taking our little dog out. The kitchen was impressive with the Nespresso coffee maker, tea kettle , milk foamer, microwave, toaster oven and countertop induction burner. It would be possible to prepare a whole meal if desired. Walkable to a cute market. We really appreciated a full dresser and large closet to fully unpack for our stay. We will definitely book again for our next trip. Eric was responsive and considerate and replenished our coffee mid-week.

Luis was very communicative through the process. I had a change my plans and Luis was very understanding and helpful. I’ll definitely consider staying here again in the future.

You can’t do much better than this location in terms of walking access to the downtown convention centers. Really homey place, elegant decor, and extremely well stocked, so many little things that you may need are most likely provided, and Thomas is very responsive and attentive. Absolutely recommend.

Everything was exactly how we pictured, exactly what we wanted! Amenities like towels, blankets and etc were great! Plenty towels. Comfortable space. Heat worked! Great stay overall.

Mrs.G place was great. The Airbnb was so beautiful and well put together. It was very clean and comfortable. My family and I loved the airbnb it felt like home away from home.

Desiree was the perfect host! The condo was clean! Cable TV and the balcony was screened in which is perfect for Fall evenings! Even though the location is a bit sketchy it doesn’t take away from the experience! I would definitely recommend!
