Place was clean modern and everything we were looking for bigger then it looks in the picture can comfortably sleep the 10 guests it states in the capacity would definitely stay here again

What a beautiful place! A group of the girls got together for my 40th, and we had such a lovely time. A couple of things came up, but things that Lee was so quick to respond to, where possible. We didn’t use the games, or TVs, but they have a great selection of games & a TV in each room. We loved the jukebox & the open layout of the downstairs kitchen/diner/lounge. The place feels very tucked away, whilst also being very central, which is great. The welcome wine & snacks were a lovely touch. Thank you!

Number 14 was lovely to stay in, our first holiday with our toddler so we called it the little house. We had everything we needed and it was so easy to find nice walks for our dog. The walk to the park along the broads was nice. We recommend the chalet and the cafe in the park. It was cosy. clean, with lots of room and a nice open plan layout we would really like to come again soon.

a lovely location and property. Great it has a car charging point. Worked really well for our disabled friend. really well equipped, even included doves for cooking! brilliant utility / drying room. At checkin Caroline, the owner, was worried about car noise from the road, we weren't. it was not an issue for us and she says the road is soon to be closed from one end anyway. Lovely log burner, house got too warm!! All in all a lovely experience, would go again

We had a lovely few days at Mandalay. The kids particularly loved the big field and play area just up the road. We followed Tom’s recommendations and visited Cromer and Happisburgh, along with a day at BeWILDerwood.

What a lovely property, we travelled as a team working at the local hospital, plenty of room for vehicles and the house has lots of space. If you get a chance to visit Norwich this is a great house with great facilities. Thanks for a great week.

I highly recommend staying at Ruth's. From the minute we walked in the door we felt comfortable. Ruth had the house warmed up and had left some goodies for us. Great location. Sainsbury's just down the rd. Pubs and restaurants near by. Short drive into town. Very good communication with Ruth . She is a real gem. Dogs are very happy too.

Thank you to Louis and Roy for creating Moat Island. We felt really lucky to stay. Magical place as if someone’s Imagination dreamt it up. When new guests arrived you could hear them making the amazed sounds we did. Excellent and social open kitchen, loved that. The tents are top quality, sturdy, warm, large and homely, dry as a bone. Bed so comfy. Private own patch of space. Around our tent was our own family fire pit and a table to eat at, a compost loo if we didn’t feel like heading to the very well made modern bathrooms on site. Kids liked the hammock and swing bench. The natural pool was incredible, could of sat on the deck all day looking at the scene, lovely to swim in. Peaceful, driveable to everything - we went to the Broads, Fritton Owl Sanctuary, the North Coast, Holt, Pensthorpe Nature Reserve and into Norwich. Could just stay on the campsite all day though, plenty to do. I didn’t want to leave, will be back!

Fabulous stay. Glorious facilities and incredible nature all around. The natural pool is very special. Great to have covered fully equipped kitchen as well as individual fire pits and tripod for more outdoorsy experience. Great warm tents. Will definitely come again.

Great experience, we loved our stay. there are 5 bell tents and a couple of lodges within walking distance of each other. Each site is far enough away from each other to feel private but also close enough to have a bit of a community feel to it. The communal kitchen is more than equipped, we brought far too much with us "just in case"! Lewis was often around if needed and was very responsive with any queries. We would highly recommend. James' place in Stalham has everything you need for a short stay - a bit small for 2, but with lots of well thought out details. Everything was brand new and spotless. Very easy communicating with James who was responsive at all times, and even replaced the sofa bed when he realised there were 2 of us. Stalham makes a great base for exploring North Norfolk and the coast - a few minutes to Happisburgh and great beaches, and Stalham itself is on the Broads - a boat trip is a must

Carly's place is spacious and comfortable. The sun hits the little courtyard in the morning which is perfect for coffee and breakfast. A river swimming spot is 3 min walk and the sun hits the bedroom in the afternoon. A variety of food shops only a few minutes walk and easy to walk to the centre. A great place for a Norwich stay!

Swan view is a lovely place to stay. Great space. Easily walkable to restaurants. Very clean and just as described/pictured. Matt and Michaela are great hosts. They have put together a binder with everything you need to know about the apartment and the area. They are also quick to respond.

We came for the purposes of our film being screened at the Arc Cinema on the beachfront and therefore it was important for us to have something which is walking distance. Being a host myself I knew how important it is to make sure that the host is also comfortable with the reservation. From the start the communication was fabulous Kenny was very responsive and having read all of the reviews. I was convinced this was the right fit for myself and my colleague. What was brilliant was I could bring my chocolate Labrador. The area is extremely well connected with supermarkets within minutes of walking and very very clean and safe all this surroundings are fabulous and the parking is free and easy. In fact it is so secure that you have to go through about three doors before you get to your flat upstairs including the lift, which makes it four doors. I really loved my time in the flat because it was spacious clean and exactly as the image showed if not better.I would certainly recommend this!

Amazing place, lovely garden in the early spring sun, great amenities and very private. The local area was great, with plenty of nice pubs and great access to the wider area. check in process was simple and quick and Liz communicated well from the moment we booked. fully equipped house, everything you could ask for and some lovely touches. The stairs are historically authentic and therefore a challenge for younger children and people who lack physical mobility(as clearly stated and helpfully double checked by Liz herself). Overall wouldbe ideal for a set of couples or a family with slightly older children.

The location is very private at a beautiful location right on the Broads . The accommodation had everything we needed for our stay it was very clean and tidy and was in easy walking distance to the town . We met Sue on our last day and she is very friendly and helpful . We really hope we will be able to return next year .

Lovely place to stay. Great, peaceful location. We saw swans, herons, cormorants and deer all enjoying the pond! Great host

Amazing stay and the photos don't do it justice! We were three couples and there was plenty of space! I highly recommend staying here. We took a taxi from Norwich which was £36. You can walk into the local town which is around 2 miles away. Surrounded by beautiful nature!

A huge thank you to Sarah and Ian, who made our stay a fantastic experience! Beautiful cottage, amazing views and nothing was too much trouble for Sarah, wonderful hosts! The private hire swimming pool is definitely an added bonus! And of course the open fire!

Beautiful barn, the most amazing fireplace with a log fire. It was a very cosy and comfortable barn to stay in. Lots of great local places to choose from to visit and eat.

The Den had a lovely `get away from it all` vibe which was perfect. The short walk to the woods and Felbrigg Hall was ideal for me and my dog - it really was a treat to have this so close by. Would definitely recommend to everyone looking for a quiet place to escape and relax.

Such a gorgeous escape - lovely peaceful cottage, with everything we needed for our stay. Perfect for the winter with a wood burner and roll top bath, but it would also be great during the summer with a little garden and path to the nearby lake. Also makes a great base to explore around Knettishall, Bury St Edmunds and Thetford. Sara was a great host too, always helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend.
