Marilena was an impeccable host and very helpful with the needs that were exposed to her. She welcomed us and explained the operation of the house in a clear way and made herself available for any need or problem that arose during the stay. I highly recommend it for both short and long stays as in our case. The apartment and the amenities highlighted in the description, at the time she booked, were the same and there were no surprises. If you have to stay in Merone again, we will definitely contact you again.

The whole stay was excellent. We spent excellent days at Matteo's apartment. The location is perfect, close to the station and to the main places of interest of Lecco. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, well decorated, organized and clean. Matteo is a very attentive and helpful guest.

"La Casetta Verde" perfectly reflects the style of its Host, Marina, who is a person "out of catalog", as you define herself, with her inevitable kind smile. It is the perfect place for simple people, at hand, who take care of the substance, the spontaneity, but without sacrificing good taste, cleanliness and the right degree of comfort. It is an attic studio, furnished in a rustic style, which in a small space encloses everything you need to spend a pleasant stay in perfect autonomy. The photos and description on the site reflect exactly what's in person. The bed is very comfortable, neither soft, nor rigid. The WIFI works perfectly, I was able to finalize an important job delivery. There's a lovely, large covered terrace. The area is very quiet and surrounded by forested hills, and lends itself to many types of hikes. The strong point, however, is certainly Marina's availability and professionalism.
