Staying at Quinn's condo was a wonderful experience! The stunning beach view matched the description perfectly, and we loved watching the sunrise from the balcony—it was such a serene start to our day. The condo, located on the 5th floor, is easily accessible thanks to a conveniently located elevator just steps away. While it's about a 30-minute drive to Destin's main attractions and beaches, the peaceful setting was well worth it. Quinn was an excellent host—friendly, proactive, and always helpful. We’d absolutely consider staying here again!

I wanted to find a cute spot for my family to stay while we enjoyed our vacation & this was just it! It was beautiful & peaceful. It looked exactly how the pictures and description said it would. Anytime I had a question or reached out they were responsive. I couldn’t have been more pleased.

We evacuated ahead of Hurricane Helene and were thankful to find this place in Pensacola where we could still work and store our refrigerated/frozen goods while our power was out back home. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the Palafox area and we got lucky that the Pensacola Seafood Festival was going on in the Seville District. We parked out front and felt safe walking everywhere. The kitchen had everything we needed, too. Bed was very comfortable.

Such a cut and pretty place. Supper quiet and close to all of the places we always like to go. Also, the view from the deck is gorgeous.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would come back again if ever in the Pensacola area.

My wife and stayed at Svetlana place while visiting friends. Place as described and even had coffee and sugar for my wife since we forgot ours - it was a pleasant surprise. Svetlana was very responsive and friendly. We will definitely be going back in the future.

A hidden gem in downtown Pensacola. Very quaint and private with beautiful furnishings. Olivia was very responsive and informative of all instructions . I recommend for a weekend getaway to attend concerts, events and Gallery Night.

My recent stay at Caroline’s Airbnb in Pensacola was fantastic! The house was spotless, fully stocked with everything we needed, and incredibly spacious. It was clear that a lot of thought went into making guests feel comfortable and at home. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect spot for a family trip or a small group getaway. Caroline was a gracious and responsive host, ensuring we had everything we needed for a seamless stay. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. This place is of course cozy, gave us a homely feeling. Among all we liked the patio the most, but it was December, so couldn’t use it. The owner provided clear instructions and was very responsive.

We stayed at Blair's place over the Thanksgiving holiday and found the home quite accommodating. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We did not get a chance to use the hot tub but the oven worked great for cooking a turkey. The home is close to grocery stores and it's a quick drive to the beach. We would definitely stay in Blair's home again.

The location is close to everything. The beaches are an easy drive, as are restaurants and shopping. The house is super cute with all the sea turtles. The fenced yard is great if traveling with pets. We absolutely loved our stay here. And Pamela was awesome, with quick responses and local recommendations.

Greatly enjoyed our stay at Andrea and Ben’s place. We stayed there as temporary lodging while we searched for a permanent home. Andrea was an excellent communicator, was easily reachable, and quickly followed up. Overall a great stay. Would recommend their place to anyone.

Deborah's communication with me was very positive and informative. She reached out to check in with me to see if anything was needed. If I had a question She responded quickly. Loved the stay and look forward to our next visit.

The condo is very comfortable. It has everything you need and more. Cindy is very quick to respond. She lives in the building in case you need something and answered very quickly. Condo is almost next to Florabama which is fun! Balcony is small if you like to sit outside with crew for sunsets and the entire property including balconies and area by pool/grills/jacuzzi is no smoking (and they enforce this). Beach in front of condo is easy to access and not too crowded! Everything is very clean! Thanks!

Melissa’s place was wonderful and we will definitely be coming back! We saw dolphins twice on the first day mid morning and late afternoon! The views were amazing! We also got great use out of the tennis court playing pickle ball, indoor pool, sauna and steam room! We walked a mile and a half down the beach and had the best brunch at Coastal and then back to the condo. Perfect location close to tourist shopping and delicious restaurants! This Place really had a cozy feel we were extremely comfortable the whole time and had a overall great experience! The best trip my fiancé and I have taken! Thank you Melissa.

We were in town for the Blue Angels air show and got to enjoy some beach time, too. Location was great for restaurants, easy walk across the street to beach, and only 25 minutes to the Naval base for the show. Not a fancy place, but it was well cleaned and stocked. Just what we needed and a wonderful hostess!! Thank you!

The unit was very comfortable and clean, and right on the beach. The kitchen was well equipped with new appliances. Host was very responsive. Would stay here again!

My daughter and I needed a weekend away and Mary’s condo was the perfect little spot! Right on the beach making it easy to haul our chairs, umbrella and cooler out for the daytime. We also took advantage of the indoor/outdoor pool (which was the perfect temperature) when the jellyfish came to shore the second day. The condo was cozy and great for lounging at then end of our sun filled days. Will definitely stay again!!

yes , an awesome place ..walkable distance to the beach or 3 minutes drive whichever is good for you, amazing people ..very responsive. we will stay again
