Monthly Rentals in Breckenridge Hills

The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood. The house is older so it’s not perfect but it’s been nicely updated and was perfect for a few days. My dog loved getting to run around the backyard. Definitely a great experience and convenient to stay to visit family.

We stayed at Courtney’s place for over a month. The house was very beautiful and nicely decorated. It was easy to check in and out. Courtney was very responsive to any question we had and helped fix any needs such as batteries and a vacuum! It’s an older house so it comes with some of the quirks of an older house but Courtney was quick to accommodate in every way she could! The house is 2 minutes away from the freeway and 5 mins max from the airport. Yet there is not traffic noises and you rarely hear the planes. The neighbors were friendly to us and welcoming. The grocery store Schnucks is 5 mins away. Overall this place was the perfect place for us as a married couple to stay for over a month. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to explore St. Louis, and/or work in St. Louis. Central location, communicative caring host and beautiful home.

I stayed at an Airbnb hosted by Paul and Karina, and I had a wonderful experience. The house was nice and had a cozy room that made me feel right at home. Paul and Karina were incredibly friendly and responsive, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The only downside was that the walls were a bit thin, so you could hear everything happening around you, and the wood floors were squeaky. However, these minor issues didn’t significantly affect my stay. Overall, everything else was fantastic, and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and inviting stay. Very nice stay! Justin’s home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. He was always responsive and flexible with our date given incoming snow storm and travel delay.
