Comfy home for a family looking to spend a few days out here. Location is also very convenient to the airport! Very lovely home!

The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood. The house is older so it’s not perfect but it’s been nicely updated and was perfect for a few days. My dog loved getting to run around the backyard. Definitely a great experience and convenient to stay to visit family.

We stayed at Courtney’s place for over a month. The house was very beautiful and nicely decorated. It was easy to check in and out. Courtney was very responsive to any question we had and helped fix any needs such as batteries and a vacuum! It’s an older house so it comes with some of the quirks of an older house but Courtney was quick to accommodate in every way she could! The house is 2 minutes away from the freeway and 5 mins max from the airport. Yet there is not traffic noises and you rarely hear the planes. The neighbors were friendly to us and welcoming. The grocery store Schnucks is 5 mins away. Overall this place was the perfect place for us as a married couple to stay for over a month. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to explore St. Louis, and/or work in St. Louis. Central location, communicative caring host and beautiful home.

Stayed here for a few months for work, was reasonably priced and had everything we needed. Monica was very responsive whenever we needed assistance. There's not much in Overland itself, but you're very close to the airport, and are pretty much equidistant to both St. Charles and downtown St. Louis. Not far from grocery stores, parks, etc. by car. It is a shared building with another unit, but never had issue with noise or anything. It's generally very easy to get street parking right in front of the house.
