Gorgeous property, cozy adorable cabin (we stayed in Feb during a snow storm and were plenty warm), super friendly and kind host and staff. We will definitely return in the spring and fall to explore the trails!

Lovely apartment, plenty of natural light, tastefully decorated in quiet, natural/neutral tones and some lovely things on the walls to look at. Kitchen easy to navigate, intuitive, and well equipped for breakfast, coffee, lunch/snacks etc. and simple cooking if you don't want to eat out. Plenty of hot water. If staying in the winter, bring cozy indoor shoes, floor can get a bit chilly . And if you're an old married couple accustomed to a kingsized bed, the queensized bed might present a challenge. Really great mattress, though. Thanks Jaki. If you're foodies and you do want an extraordinary meal, try the Blue Moose (across from the Latchis.) Wow. Reservations required.

I'm so glad I chose Rebecca D.'s cottage for our one night stay in Brattleboro! The space is neat and clean with plenty of room in the mudroom and bedrooms for luggage/bags leaving the common spaces open for relaxing. I loved that the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor allowing guests to sleep while others are enjoying the cozy living room with fireplace. My husband and I were meeting our sons at the cottage for Super Bowl Sunday and the kitchen was well equipped to heat and plate the food we had prepared. The location is quiet and very close to downtown. There are several great coffee spots and cafes in the area for breakfast and lunch. I would absolutely recommend this cottage to friends and would stay again if we are in the area. Thank you so much for having us!

Our stay was in the cold of winter and there was ample heating in the form of radiators spread about, extra blankets, and a very powerful space heater in the living room. The artwork, furniture and layout gave a comfortable and cozy feeling. I stayed with two friends and we cooked all our meals easily with what was provided in the kitchen as far as pots, pans and utensils. During our stay John was extremely responsive and accommodating over the air bnb messages. The house is older so outlets were oddly placed with only two prongs, most of the lights were hand pull to turn on and off, and the bedroom doors locked with a hook and latch. It all felt very clean and comfortable and we were very happy with our stay.
