Lovely place in a very quiet village. Well equipped. Teresa has thought of everything. Well recommended.

tThe annexe was delightful, and an easy walk from town on a tarmac path. We came by train and Wendy kindly let us leave our rucksacks in the house on our departure day so we could enjoy the morning without lugging our packs around too. We loved the old town and enjoyed visits to the cathedral and Castle.( roof top walk in the latter highly recommended.) Pretty Gainsborough was a scenic 45 minute trip by bus and the Heritage museum there well worth a visit. The annexe bed was very comfortable and the heating in the flat was easily adjustable.

Perfect 2 night stay this weekend. Dinky house is in the perfect location to explore Lincoln and is within walking distance. Great communication with the host and nothing was too much trouble. The host helpfully gave us recommendations and ensured we were having a nice stay. The house was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Thank you and we will be back again in the future.
