We have just enjoyed a wonderful two nights at Wendy's property. It is spacious, really clean, extremely comfortable and very warm on two of the coldest days of the year! Wendy is really responsive to messages and extremely welcoming. The location was perfect for us - a lovely 30 minute walk to the heart of Lincoln along a river. We found loads to do and would love to come back. Thank you!

Lovely place! I work in the area and this place is ideal to wind down after a day of graft, there's even a workspace and desk. The bed is really comfy and the whole place is well equipped. I'll definitely be back!

Very clean. Nice firm mattress. Everything I needed and more: towels, coffee machine, breakfast items, fridge, TV, and more besides. Very quiet and calm. Steve is a friendly host and came to say hello, and made himself available if I needed anything, which, a it happens, I didn't due to everything I needed being there already. The one criticism I do have is that the biscuits you left in there were too delicious and I ate them all! Thanks for a great stay.
