Lovely studio. I felt right at home, it had everything I needed and was in the perfect location for work in Honiton and catching up with friends in Exeter. Fiona was a great host and responded to queries very quickly. I'd love to stay again!

Organised last minute for some colleagues. Easy process, William was proactive and made the whole process easy. Would book again!

Lovely area right by the byes walk down to the sea. Very welcoming host. Room clean and comfortable with large warm bathroom. Delicious continental breakfast. All in all a very pleasant stay. Thank you.

Myself, my husband and our 10yr old son had a lovely couple of nights at Otter Holt. I love the layout of the house, with kitchen and living room as you enter the property and the bedrooms and bathroom downstairs. Everything was spotless and clean. Everything you need for a holiday home. Milk and bread etc when we arrived. Large fridge/freezer which I always appreciate. Heating worked fine, and lovely cozy duvets on the beds. The views from all back windows and doors are stunning. Looking out onto the river and fields. Such a quiet peaceful area with quiet neighbours in the close. We would absolutely stay here again, perhaps in the summer to enjoy the countryside more. Thank you guys for a wonderful stay!
