Vacation rentals with lake access in Boulder Junction

We enjoyed our stay to soak up a few more sunny days of summer. Downtown was extremely walkable and the view of the lake was gorgeous. The space was comfortable for relaxing after a day of adventure and had everything we needed. The decor really provided a cabin and “Up North” feel.

We greatly enjoyed our stay! It was an up north oasis! The crisp winter air, the pines looking over the frozen lake, the fresh winter snow…perfection! The home was cozy and warm after a day outside. The beds were comfortable and the home was clean. We will be returning for a future weekend away!

This house, and the owner Lia, are just what we wanted. House was spotless, all the utensils and accessories we needed and more, beautiful site and quiet location. Lia was a joy to work with - very prompt and friendly host. Just a totally perfect experience!

The place was amazing and the host was extremely friendly and helped answer all my questions in a timely manner. Would recommend for anyone looking for a trip up north!

Our family group gathered at Catfish Hideaway for the Thanksgiving Holiday, and this place was truly perfect. As you approach the house from the road for the first time you might be fooled into thinking it is just a normal house, but once inside you realize it has loads of thoughtfully laid out space. But the best thing for our group was the open concept kitchen/dining room/family room, that let us all hang out together while the turkey cooked. The second best thing was the “Speakeasy,” where the pool table, air hockey table and large screen TV all got thorough workouts through the entire weekend. The views toward Catfish Lake are beautiful, and we even had light snow flurries to add to the Holiday theme. With the electric fireplace on and wrapped in cozy blankets, it was kind of a Hallmark holiday movie moment. Christina was extremely easy to work with, and she worked hard to make sure our visit went well.

This is a very unique place. You feel at one with the gorgeous surroundings. The boardwalk to the dock is an incredible feature, like having a short nature walk in your backyard.

The cabin was right on a lake with kayaks, paddle boards, and a canoe. The fire pit was located lakeside as well. It was beautiful and peaceful at all hours of the day. Our kids loved it! The house is clean and fully stocked. Perfect space for our family of six. Connections are spotty in the area which allowed us to more readily unplug from the world. Host was communicative and responsive to our questions and gave clear instructions for arrival and departure. Very happy with our decision to stay at this location! Highly recommend.

Nice quiet tucked away cabin on a private lake. We had a very relaxing weekend there.

Great place! It’s small but was perfect for my husband and I. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and very well kept. How wonderful kayaks were available to use. We enjoyed using them on this beautiful lake. The lake is so crystal clear. And location was perfect. We were able to get around so easily. We only stayed 3 nights. We definitely will be back and will stay longer.

I loved the quiet atmosphere and the quaint A-frame. It reminded me of home which is always nice.

We LOVED this little cabin!! It was so homey and private, and the location is gorgeous. We spent a lovely weekend together over the holidays and I would recommend it to anybody looking for a quiet, cozy getaway!

Beautiful, quiet place to get away from the city. We went kayaking, had a bonfire, watched movies, visited a friendly local bar, had large amounts of ice cream and visited Minocqua. We saw a bald eagle in a tree above their dock by the water!

Amy's stay was wonderful! The place looked exactly like the picture. Location was wonderful in the heart of downtown and very walkable to shops, restaurants, and more. Amy's instructions to get in and out were clear and simple. Lastly, she put in a very personal touch with checking in on our stay, which was appreciated. You won't go wrong with this stay!

We loved our stay at Danielle's place! Great deal for the price. She was very kind and responsive. She also let us check in early.

We had a nice peaceful stay. The area is beautiful. We enjoyed using the paddle boat and fishing off the pier. We saw 3 deer, black squirrels and a grouse on our walks. Laura got back to us right away when we had any questions or concerns.

Kathys property is truly special. It’s great to be out in the peaceful north woods of Wisconsin. Kathy was responsive, kind and willing to help at a moments notice. We look forward to coming back!

Very comfy stay! Had the family here to have a weekend getaway and it was a wonderful location.

We have stayed at this place for 2 years now. Check in is super easy. It's very peaceful and we've even seen some deer out the front window in the mornings! The host recommeded some great spots for things to do while we were visiting. We will continue to come here for our future trips to Eagle River!

Beautiful location and the cabin was right next to the ski hill! The road to the cabin was a little icy to get up and down, but it was doable. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a lovely time a Leah's place. The cabin is well stocked and there is plenty of place to be together or not together :-) The surroundings are beautiful and quite. We enjoyed kayaking on the lake--the islands make it very unique and fun to explore. Would definitely want to come bake some day!
