Monthly Rentals in Bottomcraig

The house is in a great location- on the edge of the village, but very near the beautiful coastal area, beach and forest with stunning views across the firth. There is also a very nice cafe nearby called the Larick. The house was very clean and well set up, with lots of space and a nice, simple garden area. The kitchen is large and uncluttered. In my opinion the house would really suit a small family of 3 or 4. The living room is cosy, but between that and the kitchen, the bright conservatory room and the upstairs bedrooms there is enough space in the house. However the best thing about it is the location- great for walks and views and open space.

Very pleased i found this place, very spacious, clean and quiet. Everything i needed to be home from home whilst working away. Will be booking again for next year.

I rented this place to work in St Andrews and the journey is very good daily with buses. It went very well, both the check-in and the stay. Neil has always been responsive to messages and gave great advice. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would be happy to come back!

We had a lovely week staying in Tim and Kat's beautiful apartment. There was everything we could possibly need for a relaxing break. The beds were comfy, the lounge was a perfect size to cosy up in and watch movies/play games, the kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/utensils/cooking facilities/dishwasher and there were even complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. I loved having a pulley in the kitchen to easily dry my washing on and the welcome pack of wine, bread, milk, butter and sweet treats was hugely appreciated. Tim and Kat greeted us when we arrived and were very friendly and helpful. They even provided us with a board to do our jigsaws on when we forgot our jigsaw mat! We loved being in such a peaceful location yet so close to Dundee. Having peacocks and deer outside the house most days was a real treat! We highly recommend this property. Thank you both.
