Monthly Rentals in Borgo Carige

We had a wonderful vacation in Ilaria's house and enjoyed the stay very much. Capalbio is a picturesque place in Tuscany and very quiet, at least in autumn. Ilaria always kept us very well informed (during our stay there was a storm warning) and was always easily accessible and concerned about whether we were doing well and whether we felt comfortable. The cottage is very well decorated and corresponds exactly to Ilaria's description. The appliances are modern and functional. The apartment and bathroom are very clean. The shower with rain function is very pleasant. I have rarely slept as well as there, the mattresses are extremely comfortable and the silence in Capalbio also contributes to it. The terrace with the wonderful view of the sea is magnificent. Even now, in mid-October, we were still able to swim in the sea. I highly recommend renting from Ilaria to anyone traveling to Tuscany. Ilaria is truly a superhost.

My wife and I, along with a couple of our friends, stayed two nights and were extremely satisfied with the apartment. Impeccably clean, two bedrooms and two full bathrooms as if in a hotel, as well as a large living room and kitchen with an outdoor space that we used for lunch. The apartment is really stocked with everything you need and even more, both in terms of appliances and dishes. Coffee was also present, for big consumers like us how many times have we been in apartments where there was a capsule machine and not even one was supplied, this was not the case! Ms. Sonia was extremely kind and made herself available for any need or advice. Last but not least, the parking under the house is useful even if the apartment is not in the historic center of Capalbio, which can be reached with a short walk. It was a great pleasure to stay in Capalbio.

I had a wonderful stay thanks to incredibly helpful and kind hosts. The apartment was perfect and equipped with everything that you could need. The location is very peaceful, too. I’d highly recommend!
