The granny flat was nice and spacious and very clean. It’s a comfortable place that has everything you need for long or short stays. It’s not far to get around to the beach or shops. The bed is comfy and the provision of a smart tv was very nice for evening movies. There’s a lot of traffic and it’s pretty noisy. I got used to the traffic, so it didn’t affect the quality of my stay but if you’re a light sleeper bring ear plugs. You can hear the traffic during the day too.

Backforest Barn is a delight, such a welcoming, comfortable, well-appointed space where your host has thought of everything! Dining on the deck was a highlight as was the beautiful spa area. For a stay with a friend, it was decadent to have our own ensuited rooms. The kitchen amenities were fantastic and the overall feel of the barn was charming. The location is tranquil and so close to stunning beaches and beautiful Berry. This place is a little piece of heaven

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay in a spacious, extremely well appointed home. Lynette provided many thoughtful touches including a welcome bottle of wine and some chocolates. There are lots of books, cds and dvds, so there was plenty to do on wet days. The property is set in a peaceful location surrounded by nature and an easy walk to the beach.
