Monthly Rentals in Bodorgan

This home is a little gem. The instructions were clear and the photos made it easy to decipher where we were and where to park. (There is a car park at the back entrance). The house is bigger than it looks and has ample space for 6 humans and 3 dogs who Elspeth generously agreed to host. The house was spotless and had everything we needed including a rolling pin for homemade cookies and a toy box stowed away for younger children. There were also books and DVDs and emergency lighting and resources which were helpful as we arrived in the middle of storm eowyn and lost power several times. Due to this, our evenings continued to be relaxed and enjoyable so we were very grateful. The beds were uber comfortable and the furnishings are really homely and it made our break a proper home from home experience! We were well situated to explore Anglesey and visited Cemlyn, Beaumaris, Bangor and also Llandwyn island, and of course the estuary outside of our door.

The house is warm, practical and comfortable with quality fittings. The kitchen is well equipped and the big table meant we could all 8 eat together. The living room is cosy with the wood burner and the beds all really comfortable with nice linen. Good showers. There are lovely views across fields at the rear. In summer the patio must be a great space. There are lovely walks from the house to the estuary and along the coastal path, also a short drive away amazing walks at Aberffraw ( 5 mins) or Newborough ( 10-15) with their beautiful beaches. There’s no pub in Hermon unfortunately. Perhaps in the summer you could walk to one… not an option on a winter night. But there are a few options nearby by car. We went to the Oystercatcher (10 mins) nr Rhosneiger and Y Goron in Aberffraw (5mins) Convenience stores in Rhosneiger and Maltreath and big supermarkets in Llangefni ( 20 mins)

We had a wonderful stay here and in addition to the spacious, dog-friendly apartment, I would like to highlight the communication from the host that was outstanding. They provided us with a web-based information package tailored to our stay, with all the important details, which we could easily save to our iOS Home Screen for quick, offline access - a really thoughtful touch. Any time we had a question, the hosts were incredibly responsive and quick to help, ensuring everything was taken care of promptly. The accommodation was comfortable, well-equipped, and made for a great base to explore the area. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Absolutely loved this little house. It was really cozy , had a well equipped kitchen, excellent and comfy beds, dog friendly. Close to what we think is one of the best beaches in the UK. Lots of lovely walks,straight from the door; the estuary is teeming with bird life. The locals are welcoming. All in all ...just perfect.
