Short walk to a beach which was really convenient. Everything you needed to cook your own meals in the kitchen. Nice bonus to have the outdoor sitting area Great host!

Very nice house，pretty close to the sea and beach. 3 sleeping rooms more than big enough on first floor. Ideal for 6 people, we felt pretty comfortable during our stay and had very nice summer holidays. Thanks Christina, we get some local connections! highly recommended.

The accommodation is cozy, cared for and with everything you need. We were in the middle of winter and the fireplace made our evenings even more pleasant. Centrally located in the heart of the pretty historic village. Easy to reach with a few stairs, free parking nearby. There are many interesting sites nearby. Communication with the host was excellent and Nicoletta's welcome was precise and courteous. Thanks, we hope there's an opportunity to come back again.

I've rarely found a home with everything you need: from the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedrooms. Pleasant stay, although unfortunately short for limited time available, used as a starting point both to visit the Gulf of Poets and for the northern Tuscan area (Pisa). The host, Massimo, was very friendly and helpful.
