Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Block Island Sound

Lovely home with comfy beds and great location between Noho and Amherst. We really enjoyed the hot tub and view of the river. John was a very responsive and accommodating host.

Lovely house at on a private cul-de-sac. Lots of room for 3 adult couples in town for a family wedding. Well appointed kitchen. Each couple had a separate bathroom, handy when getting ready for the wedding. Enjoyed hanging out in the comfortable common spaces. Sharing take out in the formal dining room one night was a treat. Beautiful back yard with patio and open porch surrounded by trees.

House was spotlessly and thoughtfully decorated. The bed was comfortable and hot tub was absolutely phenomenal. Skylights let in beautiful natural light for reading and relaxing. Michael and Enrique were proactive about reaching out beforehand with the house information and we really, really enjoyed our stay. We're not used to baseboard heating so some of the noise from the heating surprised us, but that's to be expected with any place that's not your home. Would gladly stay here again.

This is such a cute place. It’s really close to the heart of p-town, about a 5 minute walk to commercial street, but it feels really quiet and private as it is set back from the road. It backs up to the cemetery offering gorgeous views and also less neighbors/noise. The patio for this house is spacious and luxurious. Ben was great - very responsive and accommodating. We had one issue that he responded to right away and resolved with urgency - could not have asked for a more responsive host. We are already scheming about trying to book for next summer.

Valerie’s house was perfect for our stay! It’s really centrally located so we were never far from anything, there was plenty of parking, the house was well-stocked with towels and supplies, and the beds were comfortable! Valerie was a great host and responded very quickly when we had questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved the house. Kitchen is great. Awesome living room with very comfortable couch and fireplace. Bedrooms perfect. Hot tub was perfect. Original Nintendo system upstairs was fun. Went skiing at Hunter which is 20-25 min away. Woodstock 15 min away. Really a great place. Jaime was responsive, friendly and helpful.

Perfect place for a little weekend getaway!

This house was even better than it seems in the pictures! Insanely clean and brand new - but also cozy and super nice. Philip was a great host and the house was the perfect layout for our family! We would love to stay here again in the future!!

We had such a wonderful stay at this breathtakingly beautiful home. The space is large and open, yet still very homey. The Host was clear, helpful, and extremely quick to respond. She was very kind and accommodating. We’d love to book again in the warmer months in the future!

Such an adorable Airbnb! Great location and has all of the amenities you could need. The owners stocked the home with coffee & to go cups, as well as creamers in the fridge, which was such a nice surprise! Lots of little, thoughtful touches like that to make your stay extra comfortable. Speaking of comfort, the bed and pillows are a 100 out of 10! I even asked where they were from because I want them in my life every night! Thank you for making our stay in CT feel like home away from home (only better 😉)!

The house and property were amazing! The house is super modern and updated so everything just felt new, clean and fresh. The property is gorgeous and the area really makes you feel like you are in a world of your own with how private it is. 10/10

The house was lovely and very clean and Piotr was an excellent host and even met us at check in to show us around. There are 4 bedrooms and each bedroom has its own bathroom which was very convenient for us. The kitchen was well stocked and It was very comfortable stay for my family of 7 adults and two babies and two dogs. One bedroom is on the main floor and two bedrooms are on the walkout lower level and one bedroom is on the upper floor. To get to the upper floor there is a steep winding staircase that wasn’t an issue for us, but I would not recommended it for small children or toddlers. The outdoor hot tub was a nice addition.

Gorgeous place, photos don’t do really do it justice! Very clean, incredibly comfy beds and the grounds were stunning! Kelsey was such a great host, great communication and very accommodating. Will definitely stay here again! Thanks for everything.

Jessica was very friendly, helpful, and available for questions. We didn't have many questions as the descriptions and pictures were accurate. The area and house are in a unique space of granite rock and water making for a lovely surrounding. We were there in winter and it snowed. The caretakers were there immediately shoveling snow and laying down ice melt. The main floor is also unique with a well laid out kitchen/cooking area, wonderfully large dining table (seated 10 of us,) and sunken living room with a heated floor. The kids loved rolling around on a warm rug. The basement has arcade and other games that the family enjoyed.

My friends and I booked this Airbnb for a girls' trip, and it worked out perfectly. The location was convenient, close to the casinos, but it still felt like a peaceful getaway. The accommodations were comfortable, the space was clean, and everything was easy to navigate. We didn’t have any complaints and would recommend it for anyone looking for a nice mix of fun and relaxation.

I will remember this trip forever! Cozy mountain weekend in the snow but so warm inside with the running fire surrounded by nature through each window . It was so peaceful and surrounding towns so quaint with character and delicious food we visited Woodstock and Kingston. We had slow morning and cooked breakfast enjoying the peace and quiet board games and reading. I didn’t want to leave!

A truly magical experience at June Farms! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and the charm of a rustic yet luxurious farm setting. We loved exploring the grounds, interacting with the animals, and enjoying the farm-to-table meals that were deliciously fresh and locally sourced. Such a lovely place. A simple but beautifully appointed cabin surrounded by truly stunning nature - River, woods, large rocks, nearby gorgeous hikes. The beds were so cozy - we had the best sleep there! And the fireplace was so lovely, especially on cold and rainy nights. It was a perfect place to greet the New Year. We booked Jordyn’s cabin in search of a quiet place to rest and relax over the holidays, and her home certainly delivered! The cabin is cozy, and the surroundings are beautiful and serene. From falling asleep to the sound of the creek to relaxing by the fire, it was exactly what we needed. In addition to the cabin being spotless, Jordyn is responsive, proactive, and provided clear directions on how to access the cabin and use the indoor fireplace and outdoor wood-fired hot tub. Fantastic stay at this cozy house. easy to check in and comfortable amenities. house feels so much bigger with the loft and high ceilings. wish the weather was slightly warmer to use the hot tub but watching the snow fall was extremely peaceful.
