It's a beautiful place. To rest and have a good time. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The nature surrounding the place is amazing and generates a very nice environment.

A beautiful cottage, spacious and comfortable, ideal for a family or large group. We never were left without hot water. Despite being a house that is not inhabited, you could review the rooms and crockery before the guests arrive. We find cobwebs and glasses with dust and watermarks. The environment is very quiet and the descent to the beach is lovely, as is the beach itself. It has benches, balls and the wifi works well. It's really worth staying in a place like that!

We had a lovely time!!! The house has everything you need and is very comfortable, it was very clean and tidy. It has a double bed in one of the rooms and in the other it has a bunkhouse with a sailor (3 beds), also in the living room it has a seaman sofa bed also (2 beds). It has a beautiful garden in front, well-kept and enjoyable. Very good location, it is located 2 blocks from the beach which is like a paradise among the trees, a warehouse just around the corner, 2 blocks also a park with games for children and tennis court, football. The super quiet and safe area, beautiful houses and gardens, the very wooded and picturesque spa, as well as to rest and clear. Thank you for everything Federico and Laura!! We'll be back!!

A very comfortable and complete house. Hosts who respond very quickly and want you to feel at home. The park is large and well maintained with a pergola that invites you to share nice moments. The bathrooms, towels and hot water, perfect. It has all the options to keep the house cool: very good air circulation, 4 ceiling fans and 3 air conditioners. The location is great: walks and sunsets are guaranteed.

The stay in Los Paraísos was a beautiful experience. It's spectacular in the surroundings. The pool is divine, huge and spotless. The value for the money of this place is really very good. You can enjoy nature in full, they do not want to leave the chacra. We loved interacting with the burritos, bird watching and touring the countryside on the bikes (which are so good). Ramonita and Gregorio were very friendly and helpful. Without a doubt, the Airbnb we liked the most. We're happy to have found it!. Thank you Andrea!!!!

Our experience was exelente for the home and the hosts. The house does not have luxuries but has everything you need and everything works well. It is steps from the rambla and the beach, in an excellent location since everything is close, plaza, transport, warehouse, rotiseria, ice cream, cakes fritas. The exteriors of the house are very enjoyable: at the front good shade and a spectacular lawn with rustic garden furniture and Paraguayan hammock, in the background beautiful place to eat under a parral with table and barbecue. The street is paved and has good shade, very little busy. the super quiet environment, the neighbors do not listen, only the song of the birds and the whisper of the river and the wind. The beds we used ( we were only 3 people) were very good, the living room is spacious and the shower pressure is very good. It has a covered place for the car. For the winter it has a wood stove and another indoor grill in the kitchen. We recommend it for both summer and winter

Excellent. Martin's place made for a perfect vacation. Communication with Martin first and then with his hosts Ivan and Camila was quick, friendly and effective. The cleanliness is noteworthy and the accommodation has everything you need. It also has a spectacular barbecue and the house is very large and comfortable. Finally, the house has a "private" beach (a few meters away there is a beach where there is no one). Everything worked perfectly. We'll be back. Highly recommended!
