Vacation rentals with a patio in Blacksburg

this place was amazing taylor and her husband were so responsive and kind they came and picked our trash up and went above and beyond for us. it was super clean most airbnb cleaners do the bare minimum this was over and beyond! excellent stay hot tub was perfect would definitely stay again!

This was a great place to stay with my parents as it was on the first floor. It was also a great home-base to meet up with my Sister and Brother-in-law. Having the units across the hall from one another was great, each unit was beautifully appointed with everything needed (towels, linens, shampoo, body wash, etc) and provided privacy. Restaurants and breweries within walking and driving distance. It is dog friendly and our little dog loved it! We would definitely stay here again!

We’ve stayed here when it was with the previous owners. We’re so glad it’s back on the Airbnb listing. This is one of favorite places to stay when we visit our kids at VT. It’s large, clean and very close to the campus.

Love Bobs properties. Linen is clean and soft , bathroom is superb. Great guy . Will stay every chance I get.

This place is REMARKABLE & there are not words profound enough to describe how perfect everything was!! Pam has thought of EVERYTHING to make your stay enjoyable. Close to I81 yet feels remote. The lake is gorgeous - you need 4x4 to get down to lake OR it is walkable, although very steep. But SO WORTH going down there!!! 5 STARS !!!!

Great place to stay in Roanoke! Place was incredibly clean and had everything we need. Communicative and organized. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Absolutely unbeatable location just 15min walk from the stadium and reasonably priced. Ideal for two as the sofa bed was not super comfortable. Overall it was great.

Amanda’s place is ideal quite comfortable for a family of 4 and a pet. We like the peacefulness and private nature of the place. Amanda was very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. Once we are back in Blacksburg I plan to use her place again.

Conny's home was well stocked with all of the essentials. It was the best of all of the rental homes that we have rented. His home worked very well for the 6 of us, 3 adults and 3 children. Two of the children play ice hockey and it was just minutes away from both ice rinks. The location worked well for us, (grocery stores, restaurants, mall, theater, etc.), was so close by. Conny's home is at the top of our list. Conny responded quickly when we had any questions. We would defintely enjoy staying here again.

Kathryne’s place was absolutely perfect. We plan to stay here on future visits! She was incredible communicative and her place was maybe the cleanest home I’ve ever stayed in. Perfect location and ample space. Could not recommend enough! 10/10 you should stay here!

I have rented numerous Airbnb‘s in the area and this location was by far my favorite. The interior of the home had everything I expected and more. We enjoyed the open floor plan and particularly the polished concrete flooring on the main floor, for our goldendoodle. (Clean, plush carpet in the bedrooms) The area was more cozy and inviting than the pictures depicted. We loved the outdoor space as well, especially watching the sunset from the porch swing. The location was in close proximity to everything I needed. I highly recommend and will definitely stay here again! And many thanks for all the Christmas decorations and lighting, it put us in the Christmas spirit!

This house is remodeled nicely with everything we needed to enjoy while visiting family nearby. Our teenage boys (and adults) loved the pool table and arcade games in the basement. We’ll definitely be back!

Linda’s place was as described and she was a great host! She even decorated for Christmas as we booked during the holiday. It was such an unexpected treat. Little green vehicle coffee is worth the little drive. Very good! Roanoke is not far and is a cute little town :)

Great place for a solid price. Definitely will keep in mind if/when I’m coming back to the area.

This was our first time staying in an Airbnb and the first time we visited SML. Our experience was great from our initial inquiry regarding boat launching, docking, and trailer storage at check-in to our departure 5 days later. Armand obtained the info and map links from the security office that we needed to launch the boat and store the trailer. which made it easy once we arrived. The view from the condo is beautiful any time of the day, but the view of the sunrise across the lake behind the mountain is absolutely stunning. We were very comfortable and felt at home during our stay. If you have a boat, bring it, you can’t beat waking down to the dock on this water playground with marinas, restaurants, beaches, and shops to visit. We’re looking forward to returning in the Spring.

We had a great stay at this beautiful, cozy condo! The views of Smith Mountain Lake were gorgeous, and we spent a lot of time just relaxing and taking it all in. The option to choose between the screened-in and open patios was so nice to have. The condo was very clean, and the area around it is beautiful—perfect for a quiet getaway. Leslie and Craig were responsive and helpful, especially when I needed to come back to grab a few things I left behind after check-out. We also appreciated the private dock box, which had nice camping chairs for sitting by the water and floats for swimming. The condo was cozy, with plenty of blankets to keep things comfortable. We hope to be back again!

The place was just like the photos . We loved everything about it . I will say the bed was so comfy and cozy . I would highly recommend staying here !

Very relaxing, peaceful secluded area. We love it! The resort amenities are close and very nice!

Very easy to work with. Beds very comfortable and smelled awesome. Walk to Radford. 30 min drive to Va Tech. Very clean.

Sheila’s place was exactly as described. Large, beautiful. Well decorated, well appointed. The roof top deck would have been lovely had it not been 25 degrees! One small issue that Sheila immediately rectified. Communication was phenomenal. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This was a wonderful oasis for our family. Definitely will keep in mind during our trips to Martinsville.
