Vacation rentals with a patio in Blacksburg

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay here! The cottage was absolutely beautiful and quaint, but had everything we needed! We appreciated the details like the upgraded appliances, the coffee supplies, the undermount sink, & the streaming on the TV that was offered. The hot tub was incredible and the highlight for me! Spent the brisk winter night gazing at the stars while soaking with jets and bubbles and my love... what could be better?! Definitely appreciated Taylor's flexibility! Oh, and the guest book was so cute. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!!

This was a great place to stay with my parents as it was on the first floor. It was also a great home-base to meet up with my Sister and Brother-in-law. Having the units across the hall from one another was great, each unit was beautifully appointed with everything needed (towels, linens, shampoo, body wash, etc) and provided privacy. Restaurants and breweries within walking and driving distance. It is dog friendly and our little dog loved it! We would definitely stay here again!

Second time staying with Bob and nothing changed I’m still as happy to have chosen his place then ever before. We had to break up our trip because sadly we booked a little later than expected but Bob communicated well like always. 😇🤩👌

This place is REMARKABLE & there are not words profound enough to describe how perfect everything was!! Pam has thought of EVERYTHING to make your stay enjoyable. Close to I81 yet feels remote. The lake is gorgeous - you need 4x4 to get down to lake OR it is walkable, although very steep. But SO WORTH going down there!!! 5 STARS !!!!

Great place to stay in Roanoke! Place was incredibly clean and had everything we need. Communicative and organized. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Absolutely unbeatable location just 15min walk from the stadium and reasonably priced. Ideal for two as the sofa bed was not super comfortable. Overall it was great.

We had an absolutely amazing stay. We would stay again. There is a lot to do in Roanoke. The house was clean, safe and you felt right at home. Everything you need is right there. You won’t regret staying!

This was a perfect location for our short stay for a college visit. The house was so nice and welcoming on the inside and had a nice little balcony. I wish we had more time to enjoy the space. Amanda was very accommodating when we needed a little flexibility with checkout due to having a baby and dog with us. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again if in the area.

Conny's home was well stocked with all of the essentials. It was the best of all of the rental homes that we have rented. His home worked very well for the 6 of us, 3 adults and 3 children. Two of the children play ice hockey and it was just minutes away from both ice rinks. The location worked well for us, (grocery stores, restaurants, mall, theater, etc.), was so close by. Conny's home is at the top of our list. Conny responded quickly when we had any questions. We would defintely enjoy staying here again.

Oh my gosh, been stateside and abroad using Airbnb and this has to be my FAVORITE place so far; pristinely clean, gorgeous area and incredible host. The beds were so comfortable and the yard was so large my toddler could play his heart out and it's quiet enough I wasn't worried about us being outside dealing with traffic. 20/10 recommend. Can't wait to stay here again!

I have rented numerous Airbnb‘s in the area and this location was by far my favorite. The interior of the home had everything I expected and more. We enjoyed the open floor plan and particularly the polished concrete flooring on the main floor, for our goldendoodle. (Clean, plush carpet in the bedrooms) The area was more cozy and inviting than the pictures depicted. We loved the outdoor space as well, especially watching the sunset from the porch swing. The location was in close proximity to everything I needed. I highly recommend and will definitely stay here again! And many thanks for all the Christmas decorations and lighting, it put us in the Christmas spirit!

Place was as described. It was comfortable and felt like home. The kids enjoyed all the games. And so did us adults playing all the classic arcade games! We would stay again!

Had a great time at the house. The only thing is that the air system in the house is a little bit loud so it might get in the way of is a light sleeper like me. One of the rooms is quieter than the other so after switching rooms I was able to sleep, beside that had a good time relaxing in the house.

We loved staying here! The unit is small but decorated very nice and has all amenities you would need for a weekend away. Check in was easy with clear instructions provided the day before. We had no trouble operating the lock box or using the pin pad to enter the building. The unit was also very clean! The bed is so comfortable that we slept great both nights. We appreciated that Leslie left water and snacks available since we had forgotten to pack any in our rush to leave on the day of our trip. The beach and pergola near the water were nice to sit at in the evening. Although the on site restaurant was a bit pricy, the food was totally worth it. It was the best steak we had in a while! This unit met all of our expectations and we would definitely like to stay here again if we take another trip to SML.

Beautiful stay in a beautiful space. Host was quick to respond to any questions I had during stay. Kitchen had everything you would need to prepare meals even a blender. It's the little things like washing pods, coffee pods, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap and such, that make your trip that much smoother. Definitely enjoyed our stay.

This was our first time staying in an Airbnb and the first time we visited SML. Our experience was great from our initial inquiry regarding boat launching, docking, and trailer storage at check-in to our departure 5 days later. Armand obtained the info and map links from the security office that we needed to launch the boat and store the trailer. which made it easy once we arrived. The view from the condo is beautiful any time of the day, but the view of the sunrise across the lake behind the mountain is absolutely stunning. We were very comfortable and felt at home during our stay. If you have a boat, bring it, you can’t beat waking down to the dock on this water playground with marinas, restaurants, beaches, and shops to visit. We’re looking forward to returning in the Spring.

We had a great stay at this beautiful, cozy condo! The views of Smith Mountain Lake were gorgeous, and we spent a lot of time just relaxing and taking it all in. The option to choose between the screened-in and open patios was so nice to have. The condo was very clean, and the area around it is beautiful—perfect for a quiet getaway. Leslie and Craig were responsive and helpful, especially when I needed to come back to grab a few things I left behind after check-out. We also appreciated the private dock box, which had nice camping chairs for sitting by the water and floats for swimming. The condo was cozy, with plenty of blankets to keep things comfortable. We hope to be back again!

The place was just like the photos . We loved everything about it . I will say the bed was so comfy and cozy . I would highly recommend staying here !

We absolutely enjoyed our Christmas stay! It was extremely peaceful and the view was spectacular. The onsite dining was very convenient and the food was delicious. We were able to get out and walk, my husband and son had great luck fishing. I would love to come back during the summer season. The condo was clean and beautiful. Judy is a wonderful host.

Very easy to work with. Beds very comfortable and smelled awesome. Walk to Radford. 30 min drive to Va Tech. Very clean.
