Monthly Rentals in Black's Beach

We had a great experience at Isaac's place. He was easy to get a hold of and always responded quickly to my messages. The unit was clean and comfortable.

My place is being renovated, and I needed a play to stay in San Diego for over a month. The Cozy Corner had everything I needed! Convenient location, fully stocked kitchenette, lots of cleaning supplies, desk for working remotely, etc. The only thing missing for a long stay was laundry, but it wasn’t too bad. Bob and Gladys were always super nice when I saw them. Would recommend!!

This is a great place. Kathy and her family made us feel very welcome, and the unit, separate from the house, had its own deck and was surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens. Parking was very easy in front of the house, and the neighborhood is quiet , totally safe and just a couple of blocks from the beautiful lagoon nature walk, and less than a mile from Selina Beach’s wonderful coffee houses and Thai restaurants. We loved staying there, and the good vibes.

Beautiful place in a beautiful location, Jeff was responsive and friendly. We loved our stay and absolutely would stay again. It is only a few blocks to the beach which is great for morning walks or watching the sunset, also walkable to La Jolla cove and not far from many other great places to visit.
