Vacation rentals with a patio in Black River

If you are lucky enough to get a reservation TAKE IT. This place is a gem. 100m from the sea, within walking distance of everything and spotlessly clean. It is very well appointed and tastefully decorated. The pool and barbecue were a bonus. JC really is "the host with the most" and is friendly and extremely helpful. We can't wait to return.

We loved the great view in the morning on the terrace, fly screens, the pool, the shower, large kitchen, air conditioning also for the dining area. Fred was super helpful, responded quickly and was concerned about our well-being.

Loyal to the listing. Not disappointed . Good value for money, quiet and close to all amenities and beach. Very responsive and proactive remote host. Very nice housekeeper and always to be of service. I highly recommend this budget.

We are highly satisfied with the apartment and our stay in it. Vikash and his wife are great hosts. The kitchen is fully equipped; a private parking lot is available; the beach is 2 minutes away from the apartment. We highly recommend it.

It was a superb experience with Kevin. Our transfer from the Airport to the apartment was organised prior our arrival in a private car and thats already positive and relaxing After a long trip. The apartment was very modern clean,spacious with all confort needed with a huge terrace with the Mountain panoramica view One of my best Airbnb i stayed. Breakfast was offered for the First night as biscuits,milk, coffee,tropical fruit juice and a locale rosé wine and even a basket of local fruits. A guide south tour was organised by Kevin and a private boat trip also was organised Upon our request,and thats made our stay even wonderful. I Will definetely recomend Kevin's house to all Airbnb Community for a wonderful stay. I Will definetely return back soon.

We had a great time! Listing is as described, clean and in a good location. The beachfront pool was just amazing, perfect for relaxing with a beautiful view. The place is also very well secured, which is particularly reassuring. Host was very responsive and thoughtful. Everything was together for a perfect stay, I would recommend this place without hesitation!

We had a great time at Natasha's place. The house is nice surrounded by a beautiful garden. The Blue Bay area is very beautiful and authentic. We felt very nice there. The beach is within a 5 min walk. Natasha and Shirnie were very welcoming and considerate. Shirnie feasted us with homemade dishes. Natasha was also very accommodating when we had to stay one more night stuck by the cyclone. Thank you all

We had a wonderful stay at Ravin’s place! From the start, he was incredibly friendly, approachable, and kept in touch both before and during our trip, making sure everything was smooth. Despite our late check-in, Ravin was there to personally hand over the keys and give us a house tour, which we really appreciated. The house itself is spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. The TV setup, swimming pool, and the huge open terrace were definite highlights, making our stay even more enjoyable. I had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! The house was absolutely perfect, with plenty of space, modern amenities, and a relaxing atmosphere. The highlight for me was the private swimming pool – it was the perfect way to unwind after a day at the beach. Speaking of the beach, the private access made it so easy to enjoy the sand and surf without the crowds. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. They were always quick to answer any questions and provided helpful recommendations for local attractions. Overall, this property is a hidden gem, and I can’t recommend it enough! Would definitely return for another relaxing getaway!

Very large and spacious housing. There is a multifunctional kitchen with different appliances. Beautiful backyard with sofas and lawn. You can rent a comfortable car for travelling around the island.

We enjoyed staying at this house. We appreciated the snacks - especially for the kids. We were comfortable and had everything we needed.

Firstly, thank you very much indeed for the flowers and food pack - Really appreciated - THANK YOU! I must also say that Brendan (Manager) was brilliant and has the patience of a saint, but made sure we got what we needed and gave great advise in the process. The icing on the cake was the proactive approach he took to recovering my phone, which I lost on the beach. A god send. I also have to say that the daily servicing of the apartment was excellent and appropriately done - we never felt an invasion of privacy or interruption. The lady has a very respectful attitude and thorough in her role and duties. As for the apartment and the location was perfect for us, taking full advantage of walking between 10 - 14 KLMs of beaches daily - E1 was perfect and loved the location within the complex. The complex is clearly very well managed and the pool in perfect order 24/7, clean tidy, well presented. Small things but make the icing on the cake for an exceptional holiday. Will be back!

Very pleasant stay at Sheel's, she is a lovely host, very responsive and flexible. She even had a nice touch planned for us in the apartment for our honeymoon. The accommodation is perfectly equipped and decorated, as in the photos, very clean and secure parking. Beautiful view from the balcony of the sea and mountain at the entrance. It is located less than 10 minutes from the beautiful beach of Flic-en-Flac and 5 minutes from restaurants and supermarkets. Highly recommend this apartment. It felt like home. Thanks again Sheel.

Stayed at Geoffray's apartment for a full month It was an amazing stay we felt very much at home as soon as we arrived It's just a 5 minute stroll to a lovely beach and easy access to local buses . there's a local min market just up the road or a short bus ride to a very large supermarket for a bigger shop should you need it Geoffray's Mum & Dad were so lovely very helpful and on hand should you need anything We would highly recommend a stay here it really was the best Thanks again for an amazing stay Pete & Greg

We stayed at Devi's apartment for 3 weeks and everything was perfect from our arrival to our departure. The apartment is modern, bright, functional, secure and super clean. Devi is a beautiful person, welcoming, considerate, generous who cares about the well-being of his hosts as well as super responsive in case of problems. A wonderful stay with family. Everything is as described & Jimmy is a friendly great host. The apartment was clean, well maintained & spacious for our family group of 5. The Bali themed interior is an absolute delight at the apartment. Nice swimming pool , walking distance to Flic en Flac is a great plus. I would highly recommend this apartment for families.
