Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Black Mountain

Mary was a perfect host. Her apartment was spacious, clean and homey. We felt right at home. She had everything a traveler needs. Washer and dryer are always appreciated. Our cat Izzy loved all the windows. The bed was very comfortable, and had nice linens with a serene feel to the room. The exposed brick was so pretty! One of the nicest air b and b’s we have stayed in.

This property was perfect for both human & pet! Clean & spacious. Jennifer was an excellent communicator!

So nice, we've stayed here twice! Simple thoughtful touches; had all the needs for a comfortable stay. Close to all the shops and restaurants but quiet neighborhood with great views and trails.

This was my second time staying at Phil’s place and it’s everything he says it is. In addition the beds are comfortable, the shower awesome. The kitchen is well appointed and the place is cozy. It’s a special place to retreat.

The day we checked in was the night just before Helene hit Asheville. We lost power on the second day, but luckily Lynn and Bill have a generator that secured our usage of power throughout the next a few days. On the third day, we lost the network. But the magical Lynn and Bill had a starlink that kept us connected to the outside world! The network not only kept us informed about the latest news, but also enabled us to send out important messages to the parents for some Asheville School students, so their parents could arrange picking up their children the moment they received the message. We literally became the information distribution center between the students and their parents. Can't thank Lynn and Bill enough for their support during such difficult time. Forgot to tell you that Lynn and Bill have got a beatuiful house and view, nice settings of everything inside. The days we stayed with Lynn and Bill are unforgettable.

Ricardo’s place was perfect and a great spot to use as a home base while in Asheville. The space felt like home and was very clean. Was in a great location and could walk to all of the best spots. Communication could not have been better and Claudia even checked in on us mid-stay to make sure there was not anything that we needed. Highly recommend staying here! Chris

We needed a last minute place to stay before the hurricane. The response was fast and we were able to check in late that night which was very helpful. We did not have power for most of the stay. George checked on us multiple times and gave us extra water. Under the circumstances the stay was just what we needed! Thank you!

We loved our stay at the Tannery House! Super Super clean and cozy! The house looks tiny from the outside, yet it is so spacious inside! Great design with clean lines and to top it off there is history there! Perfect for four adults! The branding was an extra special touch! We enjoyed our quick stay here. Jonathan’s Airbnb is a charming and cozy two-story house. It features lovely bedrooms and plenty of beds to accommodate guests comfortably. We brought our dog along, and while we wished there was a fenced yard to let our dog out, the space was overall great for our family. The neighborhood is quiet, and the location offers easy access to the highway, making it convenient to visit downtown Asheville.

Great place to stay! Beautiful view across the street. Had everything we needed with coffee and stores 5 mins down the road!

We had an amazing stay at Cary’s! Without a doubt, this is the cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was immaculate! The location was fantastic, just a short distance from downtown and the Harrah’s Cherokee Center. If you’re in town for a concert, this is the perfect spot, Harrah’s is just around the corner and within easy walking distance. There is a private parking spot, which we greatly appreciated. Everything about our stay was lovely. We would absolutely stay here again!

My group loved staying in this home! It was absolutely wonderful and even better than the pictures. We appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as extra toiletries in the restrooms and quick responses from the host. We definitely recommend this house!

This is a perfect spot when visiting the area. There is much to do in the surrounding areas, but having access to the Rumbling Bald resort is a great perk. Great place, great location, and great host! I know I will be back again!

The location of John's unit was perfectly central for a weekend in Asheville. The interior was very nicely decorated and the kitchen was well stocked. My wife and I will definitely stay here again when we are back in town.

What a great condo in a great location. Fantastic nearby restaurants (walkable) and breweries. The condo was very nicely done, quiet, and well furnished. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Kelli was very responsive to any communication I had. Thank you!

My wife and I spent a few days at Josyln's place during New Years week 2024. The location is very convenient and we were able to walk to all of the downtown Asheville restaurants, theaters, etc. that we wanted to visit. The condo has private parking and the building is secure and safe. Though the building is adjacent to the highway, the condo is very quiet. The bedroom is facing away from the highway. We would definitely stay at Joslyn's again. It is perfect for a couple needing to get away for a few days.

This was our first time using Airbnb and April and Derek made it an incredible first experience. We were coming from a long way with 2 kids, but felt right at home as soon as we walked in. April and Derek were very quick to respond to any questions we had which made for a worry free stay. The space was beautiful, modern, and cozy. We loved being able to cook in the big kitchen, and had everything as far as pots/pans/utensils/seasonings as we needed. We also loved having on-site washer and dryer. There was plenty of space for our kids to play and tons of games provided! The location is perfect if you're looking for a quiet getaway with beautiful views. We will definitely be coming back the next time we're in the area!

Rory’s place is such an amazing hidden gem. The apartment is fantastic and we absolutely loved the location. We also felt very secure and safe in the area. Everything you could need, Rory’s place had it. This is somewhere I’d love to stay, everytime I visit Asheville.

Great stay! From booking all the way to check out, could not have been more satisfied. Clean, safe area, responsive hosts, and not a bad drive or Uber to downtown. 100% recommend!
