What a gem. A true taste of Corsica. A hideaway in the mountains. Amazing views. The house is beautifully restored and has so much character and history that it felt like a privelige to stay there. The hosts are Christian and Marie-Ange, who represent true Corsican hospitality and kindness. It was a wonderful week!

A beautiful authentically furnished home that offers a lot of privacy and tranquility. The house is very tastefully decorated and there were nice details everywhere, both in the house and in the garden. Everything was there. The directions on AirBNB are incorrect, you have to keep the post office in the hamlet above Campitello (Bagnolo), because it is diagonally opposite. Keep in mind that you're in the mountains. The roads are narrow and sometimes just scary. And whichever way you go, from the cottage it takes 25 minutes to descend from the mountain and get back to a slightly larger road. An unexpected surprise was the charging point for electric cars that can be found at the church / the Marie in Campitello. Charge with 11 kW, two connection points. The garden around the house is beautiful, lots of places to sit in the morning sun, in the evening you have plenty of shade. In short, recommended if you like peace and space. Regina received us very kindly! I recommend it!

Secluded place at the end of a private road. House of hosts is 50m away (and out of sight). They are very nice and helpful and also completely respect your privacy. You do hear the nearby road outside, but inside it's quit and the place feels very private and is surrounded by trees and mountains. The stars at night are overwhelming... We chose this place because it's close to the mountains and near the main roads that allow you to explore the island by car but is still private and in nature, which turned out like we hoped. The place is not very luxurious but modernized and comfortable for the price. The dog (who roams freely) is very kind and doesn't impose (but is very cuddly if you pet him). He never enters the house or touches you if you don't want him to. Would recommend!

Very functional, fresh and well located accommodation. It is the cleanest accommodation we have rented, no need for cleaning when we arrive which is rare, especially for dishes. That's very appreciative. Ideally located if you're looking for peace. Very nice welcome from the host and the inhabitants.
