3rd time I've stayed and still the most comfortable bed on my travels! Great little cottage and hopefully will be back again.

The most perfect of getaways. Carolyn's little "snuggle" hut was exceptionally clean and well presented with everything we needed. You can tell she and her partner take great pride in what they provide and it's reflected with all the art and amenities placed neatly around the unit. Carolyn made effort to decorate the property for my partners birthday, and ensured the log burner was on for our arrival. check in/check out was extremely easy and contact was exceptionally responsive. there is a handy guide in the kitchen providing us with local recommendations too. we were warm, cosy and very much at home throughout our stay and we couldn't recommend this place highly enough. I'm sure we will return.

Beautiful cosy little annex, in a lovely little Norfolk village. The annex was very clean, bed was comfortable and it had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Will definitely visit again when we next come to Norfolk. Thanks 😊

Sue and Richard were the perfect hosts iojn the perfect house helpful, kind and considerate, they allowed us total privacy while offering total support. On the coldest day of the year, when we arrived the house was warm and cosy. Spotlessly clean, well equipped and with all the comforts we could ask for. The location is perfect for exploring all parts if North Norfolk, and our hosts were mines of information and local knowledge. They were charming, friendly and brilliant communicators even though we had left our booking to the very last minute. We will certainly return to this fabulous cottage in East Rudham Thank you Sue and Richard
