Monthly Rentals in Bình An

The accommodation is exactly as in the photos. I really liked the design. Everything in the apartment is fresh and new. There is everything for a short and long stay. There are many shops in the house, a gym and kindergartens. You don't have to go anywhere. But it is far from the center. You can get to the center by bike or taxi. I don't need the center because it is dirty and noisy. So the location is good for me

Mr Phuc was very efficient, friendly and helpful at checkin. The space was large enough for 2 people to be comfortable and having 2 full bathrooms was awesome! Having all the stores and shops downstairs was very convenient. It was a little hot outside of the bedroom as the air conditioning unit was not out there and the fan didn’t help much. The neighbors were friendly 😊

Nice place to stay with a family with kids. The master bedroom is big and a spacious bathroom. My girls love the big screen Tivi in the master bedroom where they just want to stay home to relax and watch movies. It’s very nice for a walk around the complex, nice swimming pool even though we didn’t have chance for a swim. Thanks Son for accomodating us. Will be back next time in HCM

The place is clean and nice . It’s very secure and safe. All the things you need for long stay is provided. Just hope that the bathroom door can be fix for the next people so it will be not a problem. The cabinet door is also hard to close so hope it will be check also . But overall the place is clean and nice . We gonna stay again when we visit Vietnam again. Also big thank you to David he always responded fast to our inquiries.
