Lirio Woods is just as described. Katie is very good at communicating and checking in to make sure your stay is perfect. This is an apartment in the owner’s basement. You will hear them walking around above at times but it is nicely appointed and nice that your entrance is on the opposite side of the house from the owners.

It's hard to put into words how amazing my 2 month stay at Randy's Cozy Oak was for me... so, I'll start with Wow, followed by Amazing, followed by This Place Is Unbelievable! And, no- I'm not exaggerating. It's a restful haven with gardens that are gorgeous and beautiful maintained, and the birds come to visit every day. The location is perfect for easy access to shopping, restaurants, exploring the city and hiking. I worked remotely for these 2 months with fast & reliable wifi. Asheville is a fun, unique city and Randy's place is one-of-a-kind.

I chose this house because it had a full kitchen and was not disappointed! It had almost everything we needed for cooking Christmas dinner. The kitchen was very spacious as was the rest of the house. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay with Susan. The house is super clean with modern appliances and in a super quiet neighborhood. Downtown Asheville is just a short drive or Uber and we walked to the great pizza joint in 10 minutes. A super place to stay, will stay here again when in Asheville.
