Places to stay in Big Stone Gap

This was a last minute (literally) trip to Cherokee Lake and Bob and John were very responsive and the check-in instructions were very easy to access the gate and the front door. The space was exactly as described on the listing. It was only 2 of us so we can't speak to the comfort of all the rooms but there definitely wasn't a shortage of space. It's a very large condo and a large family would still feel comfortable here. We visited in Feb so we didnt use the pool or the lake but if we venture back we'll definitely check to see if Bob's place is available.

Our stay at Bethany’s place was wonderful . Perfect accommodations for our group. Bethany was a great host, and shared some wonderful restaurant ideas in the area. I would definitely recommend to anyone going to Bristol and need a place to stay.

This place is very welcome very cozy very clean with a beautiful view of the mountains. Very quiet and relaxing place .we enjoyed our vacation and we will come back . The host Melissa was super nice and very thoughtful of everything what you need to make your stay fantastic.we love that place and is highly recommend to give a try .

My family and I loved our stay at Jim’s place. It was a great week, lots of space for the whole group, and had what we needed! Huge bonus was that it snowed the last full day we were there and my Florida kids got to enjoy the snow!!

This was a lovely home! So spacious for two families traveling together. It was great to have the garage to pull into and two living rooms! The home was clean and well equipped! We would definitely stay here again!!

Michael’s house was a wonderful find. From the cleanliness and comfy feeling to the beautiful front porch and back yard. You feel right at home. Personally loved the modern look in the country cabin vibe. Amenities were just how described. With a well stocked kitchen. The pack and play. The highchair. The spacious bedrooms. Clean bathrooms. Michael’s place had everything you would need for your stay. Really a home away from home. The hosts were extremely responsive. Positive and diligent to make sure any needs we needed were met. The cottage is adorable and cozy. It is the perfect size for a couple or two couples. The bedrooms are a good size and have very comfortable mattresses, pillows, and linens. It is an open kitchen so you don’t miss out on any of the football games on tv! If you find yourself in the Morristown, TN area, this cottage is a must! It has everything you need to feel at home while you’re on vacation. The host, Lynne, is extremely responsive and kind. Her genuine desire for you to enjoy your stay comes through in each message. We had one of our favorite (so far) Thanksgiving Days here.
