Nice place to hang out at the pool and have a bbq. Heated pool felt like therapy and my kids loved it.

It was a nice place to stay or a construction company we’ve been working in Pacific Palisade burn area. It was closer for my guys to stay.

Alison’s place was fantastic! It was clean and very charming. We loved the neighbourhood. Nice and close to all our planned activities. The pool and spa in the backyard were amazing. Our kids couldn’t get enough of it. Alison keeps the pool and spa nice and warm. Everything was just perfect. Communication with Alison was always quick and easy. I would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed at Patrese’s house in Woodland Hills, we needed a place at the last minute, and Patrese responded within minutes. The check in was easy and the home was very comfortable and our group of 6 fit perfectly. The beds were so comfortable and the house had everything we needed. Ofir's home is wonderful. From the front yard and neighborhood, the interior spaces to the backyard--we felt delighted and nurtured. There was a lot of thought and care that went into the spaces that were beautifully decorated and furnished. Everything was clean and perfectly set up for relaxing and enjoying. Wonderful large dining table, living room seating was plentiful, decor was elevated, kitchen was beautiful and well-stocked (I so appreciated the espresso machine in addition to regular drip coffee machine), bedrooms were all well-appointed and the master br was just awesome! We also appreciated the extra 1/2 bath so each bedroom had a dedicated bath for convenience at night. Outdoors was lovely with 2 decks, a hot tub, dining table, grassy area with lemon tree, mature trees and fences for privacy. It was incredibly quiet and we even had a hummingbird visit. Convenience to the airport cannot be understated as well.

We were extremely comfortable and there was not anything we “wanted” for. It was beautiful views and surrounding areas. Great stay! Would recommend it to anyone.

Waking up to the stunning surroundings felt like stepping into a fairytale, and every moment spent here was an absolute delight. James’ home is more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience, a retreat, and a privilege. We are already looking forward to returning and cannot recommend it highly enough! Beds are super comfortable.

Barry and Van were great hosts, and very accommodating to our family and pups. We felt right at home, and would definitely stay again.

The house was perfect for travelling with 2 kids and grandparents. There was enough room to play around. They also enjoyed the front yard with a play house and all the sports gear. The kitchen has everything you need. The locaties is also good. It is a very quiet place. Many things are nearby. we really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Hal's lovely home in Laurel Canyon. The space is cozy like most of the homes in this part of LC but we had plenty of room to stretch out with two teenagers in tow. The rooms feel especially spacious thanks to the skylights and the open floor plan, and the back yard space is adorable. Our kids really enjoyed the jacuzzi, and my wife and I loved the views (and the very friendly squirrels). The house is tucked away in the hills but within easy walking distance to the Country Store and Pace, and it's very quiet. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need if you want to cook, and if you don't, it's a quick drive down to Sunset and your pick of great restaurants. Parking may be tricky if you get home late and all the spaces are taken, but this is a really safe neighborhood, so it's no big deal to drive down the street a little ways to find an open spot. Hal and Stefan were both very responsive when we needed them. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Jeremy’s place is charming, comfortable and thoughtfully furnished for guests. Had everything I needed for my young son and me. I was able to make full breakfasts for us, the comfortable bed, and appreciated the washer/dryer. For the little things I needed (eg step stool for my son to reach the sink), Jeremy was super responsive. Street parking was easy. The neighborhood is lovely, lush and peaceful. Sunset is a short (steep) walk away. As another reviewer said, because the house is on a hill, it is a flight of stairs up to reach the unit plus a couple of steps inside the unit between rooms. Was totally fine for us and would be for most, but for those with issues with stairs, I would avoid. Personally, I would stay here again!

The unit was absolutely lovely; quiet, peaceful, comfortable, and with extra amenities to enjoy (hot tub, BBQ, sauna, full kitchen in unit). Host was friendly and supportive along with quick to responses to questions and communications. The area has a variety of restaurants and shopping for any needs along with easy access to the beach, greenbelt/park, and is very close to LAX. It fit my need perfectly for a 'study retreat'. It truly was a pleasurable stay. Thank You!

Natalys place was an exactly what we saw in the photos. Close to the freeway in a quiet neighborhood parking garage was a big plus.

if you are familiar with LA when it comes up to parking, this is the place you want to be because they have plenty of parking for your car😀

I have stayed in many Airbnbs. Steve’s care and dedication to being an excellent host has made this the best stay I’ve ever booked. Steve is not your average host - he is the definition of a super host. When I arrived, it had been long day and I was tired and hungry. I read through the guest info and found that Steve had stocked the fridge and cubbards with a few food items in case his guest was arriving late / hungry. I can’t describe how luxurious it felt to ACTUALLY be able to relax and not worry about getting groceries on my first night. The property is absolutely gorgeous and very easy to access using code locks. The guest house provides a very generous amount of privacy while still allowing access to the front yard and pool in the back. In my opinion this stay was perfect. The location was almost too good to be true being walking distance from Trader Joe’s, target, Ralph’s, and a ton of awesome cafes and restaurants. Thank you so much for your hospitality!
