Juan’s space is excellent with a spacious kitchen and cozy bedrooms. The amenities in the kitchen are definitely a plus. This is barely any noise from the freeway. Will definitely recommend to anyone who wants to stay in LA!

Great little nook to explore from, still close to plenty of tourist attractions but far for the seedier ones. You feel safe, it’s walkable and you can’t argue with a great bakery just a couple blocks walk away! Loved having a washer and the shower was really good compared to the hotel we had been staying in.

My family of 5 loved our stay at Mark’s place. It’s in a great location, we felt safe, and there are a lot of restaurants and stores very close by. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the TV in the family room was very nice, and had all the streaming apps we wanted. We would definitely return!

We went here as last minute evacuees and Sunny was so kind anc accommodating.She let us check in asap without us even asking. We felt safe and comfortable. We walked the quiet neighborhood with our dogs and everything was great. Thank you!

I am impressed with his prompt and friendly communication style, which includes providing all necessary details in a timely manner. He creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making us feel at home. My family and I found the place very cozy and inviting. We enjoyed the heated pool, the backyard’s spacious play area and the relaxing ambience. My only suggestion is that the addition of fire pit and increased outdoor lighting would enhance the experience. Nevertheless, I would still rate this a 5-star rating. Thanks Mordehay!

We had a great stay for our family trip to Los Angeles. Very close to Santa Monica/Venice for lots of activities. The pool and hot tub were nice although we didn’t get to utilize them very much. It was nice to have a parking spot within the property. The only slight feedback that we have is the price being very expensive, but we had a great time. Also, very responsive hosts willing to work with you around guests and visitors although we ended up not having any extra people over. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was the best! it was fully equipped with all the amenities. it was soo clean, no clutter, lots of towels, a full kitchen and so much more. the location was perfect. a 3 minute walk to Pico where all the restaurants and groceries are. Deborah was sooo accommodating. She was extremely fast in her response. We needed a hot plate and a water urn and within 30 minutes, she had dropped it off. This is by far the best airbnb we've ever been to.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The home is really accessible and location is perfect for what we wanted to see and do. The pool and hot tub were just what we needed. Great kitchen with lots of amenities. And the beds are extra comfortable. The privacy in the home and neighborhood made it comfortable for us. It’s a family-friendly home. Alison could not have been more communicative. We loved our stay!

We had to book this spot last minute due to being evacuated from the Palisades fire, and it was a breeze to instantly book. The house is clean, well laid out, and well appointed. We were also easily able to extend our stay once…we would still be there if it wasn’t already booked for our second needed extension. Great experience, highly recommended.

We were extremely comfortable and there was not anything we “wanted” for. It was beautiful views and surrounding areas. Great stay! Would recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely stunning place!! And Darryl was very wonderful and responsive. Great communication!! We had an issue with our code not working when we first arrived and he instantly called me to get it fixed! Then he made a special trip over to check on the hot tub temp when it wasn’t warming up so we could definitely use it during our stay! Would absolutely work with him again. The place and amenities were incredible. Very spacious, warm and inviting! Everything was super clean, high end pieces and instructions for everything in the house! The area was very quiet and nice too. The place definitely made our trip even more special!

This house is an amazing location and the views are spectacular. The house was so comfortable for our family of 5 and my sister in law. We enjoyed the porch and had plenty of room in the living room for family time. The kitchen is a gourmet huge kitchen with nice appliances. The master shower was a spa! 😂 steam shower with three heads. Beautiful views from the master bed when you wake up. Very close to the action and some great restaurants. We would stay here again on our next trip. Loved working with James, he was so responsive and helpful when we had questions. Great Host!

What a lovely house! Myself and 2 friends were in town for the NAMM show in Anaheim. Since there were 3 of us, we didn't want hotel rooms. The show is very loud and an overload for the senses. This house was the perfect, quiet, secluded getaway. Davi was very responsive and proactive. The house was clean and had all the amenities you could want. I will book this house again for next years show if its available. Thanks Davi!!

Barry and Van were great hosts, and very accommodating to our family and pups. We felt right at home, and would definitely stay again.

The house was perfect for travelling with 2 kids and grandparents. There was enough room to play around. They also enjoyed the front yard with a play house and all the sports gear. The kitchen has everything you need. The locaties is also good. It is a very quiet place. Many things are nearby. we really enjoyed our stay.
