Fantastic space. Easily walkable to coffee and restaurants and great bars like Akbar and El Cid. Quiet and cozy. Would stay again!

Was a very cozy stay and didn’t use the pool but definitely a nice place to stay at and had a beautiful walking path and even the neighborhood itself is very walkable!

We had a great stay for our family trip to Los Angeles. Very close to Santa Monica/Venice for lots of activities. The pool and hot tub were nice although we didn’t get to utilize them very much. It was nice to have a parking spot within the property. The only slight feedback that we have is the price being very expensive, but we had a great time. Also, very responsive hosts willing to work with you around guests and visitors although we ended up not having any extra people over. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Open floor plan is good for family engagement. Spacious kitchen. Readily accessible to local restaurants and activities via car. Enjoyed the pool table. Did not use the swimming pool or hot tub due to cooler winter weather, but these would be very nice amenities as the temperature rises. Furniture is typical of what is expected for a vacation rental unit but is clean and comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen are in very good shape and have modern finishings. The refrigerator is immaculate. Modern/clean washer and dryer. Johnny is an excellent host. Communication was great and on point. He checked in on us and let us know he was available but otherwise gave us our space to enjoy our family time over the winter holiday. Thank you for the full rack of K-cups. We put them to good use. We would definitely stay with Johnny again.

Wonderful spot in a relatively private environment for the area. Very clean, very spacious

Had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay. Neighborhood was fine, but not pleasant to walk. On the other hand, enjoyed Thai food cart plaza nearby and traffic was easy.

Beautiful home, with tons of space and very functional whether you’re a group of adults or have small children. I was able to get in my morning walks. Coffee and bagel shops are within walking distance. Loved our stay! We will be back!

My 4th time staying here, I'm usually vacationing during Summer, my first time staying during February for Valentine's Day weekend. My friend Cat was very impressed, I made her visit to Hollywood special and took her out on the town before we headed to the house. She loved everything about it. I'm already looking forward to staying again when Summer arrives! 😎👍💖💯

Tori’s place was perfect for our stay. The two bedrooms were nicely decorated and had comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The bathroom is very updated and pretty. We did not use them but appreciate the washer dryer tucked in hall. We felt at home. The street parking is not an issue and felt fine leaving car on the street. We didn’t get to use the outdoor area but it is also nice. It is near everything you would want to do in the South Bay.

What a terrific place to stay! Steve is a wonderful proactive host and responded quickly to any questions or needs we had. This isn't just a place to sleep; it's a fully stocked one bedroom apartment with a great kitchen. The ability to cook our own meals made our trip so comfortable. Highly recommended.

Overall a great stay and home base for exploring the area. We stayed with our toddler and the bin of books and toys was awesome and kept him pretty occupied. I also appreciated the easy checkout and not having to do a billion things before leaving because its hard enough to get a 2 year old out the door! The host was responsive and let us check in a little early.

Great location to stay if you’re looking to wander around east LA or the valley. Very cozy and clean, and Camryn was quick to respond. Would love to stay here again.

We absolutely adored stay at the Lotus House. 10/10 experience. Traveling with a larger group can be weary when all staying together in what I imagined as a "smaller" home with multiple beds in each room. There was nothing to be worried about here. Plenty of space, noise did not travel loudly between the front and back of the house, comfortable beds. House was equipped with everything you could need and more when staying at an Airbnb. Ample amount of towels, TP, kitchenware, etc. There was so much charm here and Melanie was a pleasure, we already can't wait to go back.

A great place to stay. Roomy, comfortable, clean and well equipped. The fire pit outside was a great spot to assemble during the chilly January evenings. Our hosts Michael and Kate were available and helpful whenever we had questions prior to our arrival -- and once during our stay, when we weren't quite sure how to get the oven working. That's it. Overall, a terrific find -- both the property and the hosts.

We’ve been to this ABNB several times without any complaints. Very convenient location in proximity to Redondo Beach . Street parking is very close to entrance. All the facilities are clean and completely functional. Washer and dryer are excellent and detergent was provided. We plan to return for future Redondo Beach visits..

Very enjoyable stay! In an easily walkable area with lots of things like grocery stores and restaurants nearby. One of the nights of our stay we just walked down the strip nearby with a bunch of the businesses and it was quite enjoyable. Beautiful area. Host was very responsive and friendly in our talks. Would recommend staying here!

I stayed at Angie’s during a work trip and it was wonderful! I truly felt at home in the guesthouse - it was outfitted with all of the necessities including a super comfortable bed! There were some great coffee shops in walking distance. I would absolutely stay here again!

If you're looking for a wonderful stay in Lawndale, this place is a gem! Anna is an incredibly kind and welcoming host who goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home. The apartment is beautifully furnished with stylish and comfortable decor, making it a perfect retreat. The garden is a lovely bonus—a peaceful spot to relax and unwind. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed the stay. The location is a great central location for our itinerary - Universal Studios, Pantages Theatre, Griffith Observatory, La Brea Tar Pits, Hollywood Walk of Fame, Farmers Market, Santa Monica Pier, and great LA/Hollywood/Beverly Hills restaurants, and more. Pass Only parking right in front of the house was very convenient. The grounds are very secure - Courtyard has a locking gate and is private yet open. rear enclosed yard has a nice lounging area, and outdoor dining when weather permits. Plenty of room inside - more than enough for our family of four. well equipped kitchen. Walking distance to all we needed - Whole Foods, A nice local coffee shop not even 1 block away; Farmers Market of course is wonderful with endless dining options! We used uber frequently and pickups were always just minutes away. nice neighborhood, very cute Spanish style house and very well kept. We truly felt as if were living as locals!

This was a clean, extremely comfortable, and tastefully decorated apartment (full of original art!) with wonderful light and beautiful surroundings. Debbie was responsive and so friendly. Not fancy but far from shoddy! Entrance does require going up a fairly steep flight of stairs.

my second time staying here and it’s always been a wonderful stay. the host is a quick responder. it’s always peace and quiet, never no problems, never no complaints. will always recommend !

If I would describe this rental as "good value and exactly as advertised," I would be selling this place short. Actually it is a true gem. Super clean and comfortable not to mention the host was wonderful and went above and beyond during my stay. While at the same time, I had all the privacy I wanted. Bed was extra comfortable and bathroom was clean with nice walk in shower. Plenty of hot water. A business meeting in Encino prompted me to locate this listing. What a find! Pleasant and easy walk to nice restaurants. If I find myself having a business meeting in this neck of the woods again, and this unit is available, I know where I am going to sleep and relax.
