Monthly Rentals in Benington

I was really grateful for my stay at Laura's place. She is a lovely lady and was utterly helpful to me despite my being rather disorganised with letting her know my arrival time. Laura has another income stream which meant she was not totally available as she would have liked to welcome me and tell me what was available for my stay etc. So what slight inconvenience I was met with was entirely my own fault. I realise now that I had not looked fully at Laura's advert as I usually do and although the ad says "small", it was indeed small. However, it was a cosy, comfortable space and everything was in the room to ensure I had a comfortable stay including proper coffee ;-). I had a wonderful night sleep, the location, despite being in a residential street, was extremely peaceful !!! The village where Laura is situated is very nice and Benington Lordship gardens is very close by. I noticed as I drove away, lots of places for country walks.

Had a Lovely stay here for 2 weeks place was clean and very accommodating, Was welcomed with an assortment of items that eased the first day of being there so Thank you! Would highly recommend and stay again!

A really lovely space, and easy to find with clear instructions. The parking is a short walk away, but only a couple of minutes and for a town centre flat having free and reserved parking is a bonus. Other potential travellers should note that the steps up to the mezzanine are fairly steep and the nature of the space means there’s some sloped ceilings. It’s also up two flights of stairs to the front door. None of these were a problem for us, but worth knowing in case any of these may be an issue for you. There is also some noise from a nearby bar, but again you’re in the town centre and it’s nothing you wouldn’t expect in the location. Overall a fantastic stay, and the space is used very well.

The Dairy was immaculate and had everything we needed. Appreciated the bottle of milk left in the fridge and wood ready for a fire. Emma responded to messages before and during our visit very quickly and was very helpful. Two lovely local pubs - we particularly liked The Jolly Waggoner. Quite easy to get into London from Stevenage and drive to Cambridge. Lovely to return to the peaceful countryside though. My husband enjoyed cycling the local area.
