Waking up to the sunrise over the water was a highlight of my trip The home was well-equipped with everything I needed – from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy and comfortable furniture. The outdoor seating area was perfect for enjoying the view with my morning coffee. The space was spotless and well-maintained. It was evident the host takes great care of the property. Our stay at Sun Sand Sea-esta was fantastic. The check-in process was seamless, with friendly staff ready to welcome us & explain how to operate the equipment & where everything was located. The property is beautifully organized with a stunning sea view, located right in front of the beach. We loved relaxing on the long balcony and appreciated the well-equipped kitchen with all the necessities. Our host, Priyanka, was exceptionally proactive, providing detailed instructions, tips, & necessary contacts for drivers and cooks well in advance. Her efforts made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. As a family, we had a wonderful time over the two nights we stayed. The accommodation catered perfectly to all our needs. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Priyanka for being a gracious and attentive host. Her dedication to ensuring her guests have everything they need made our stay memorable. The place was affordable and was safe for the girls trip we had. The beach was walking distance and very peaceful and less crowded. We also got home cooked meals which were very tasty. Overall it was worth it!

The stay was very good with all listed amenities. It's a very good place to stay if you a group 4-5 people and if you need to stay near to Agumbe. We covered Kavaledurga fort and Varanga jain temple. Karkala and many others places are nearby. Praveen helped us with the restaurants nearby and with the places to visit. Had a very good time here. Thanks for hosting us.
