Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Belmont

Incredible location (especially if you’re attending anything at BOA, or sporting event in the area). Such a nice place, we spent 4 days here and highly recommend. Bed was so comfy, too! And the washer and dryer were a huge plus.

It is rare for apartments to truly match the description given on site. The features are often overstated and reality falls short. John's place is the first that was everything he described, even exceeding expectations. The neighborhood is beautiful and serene. I did not want to be in the midst of all the action and so it was perfect. I got turned around a bit in locating the apartment, but John was immediately responsive and check in was a breeze. The apartment was spotless and quite cozy. I spent a lot of time exploring Charlotte. Travel uptown was quite simple and inexpensive by Rideshare or public transportation, often going out more than once in the day. I had just about everything I needed amenity wise. That made the times I stayed in quite homey. Johs was always available when needed. His accommodations would certainly be my first choice when I return.

We had a great stay at Fayez's place! The apartment was super spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of amenities. It was in the best location for our weekend plans (1 mile from BoA stadium!), and so close to lots of other great areas in Charlotte. Fayez was welcoming, friendly, and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Charlotte!

The hosts were very responsive and friendly with any kind of requests or information. This is an older house, but it is very well kept and convenient. The kitchen was well appointed and stocked with some essentials. The location is Very convenient to the Mooresville Performing Arts center, which is why we were in town. We had a lovely stay.

My family and I had a great stay and slept very comfortably. The home is conveniently located close to the downtown area and local attractions. The host was responsive and proactive, and the accommodations were excellent. We would love to stay again on a return trip!

Matthew was very responsive, even brought over some unscented laundry detergent when I told him I was allergic to scented detergent. Everything was very clean and in good condition. Great shower and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was functional but could use some additional items for cooking, including measuring cups, measuring spoons and some serving bowls/platters. I was making a dish on Christmas day to take to a family dinner and without measuring cups/spoons I had to guest at the amounts. It would also be nice to have a desk, perhaps under the TV in the living area for those who may need to work. All in all a good stay and would stay again.

My mom and my family (a total of 6) stayed here to attend a craft event at the Cabarrus Arena (was 25 mins away from home) and to see the Christmas lights at Charlotte Motor Speedway (25 mins away). The home was very lovely. The host was very nice and responded promptly. It was a great price for the amenities and location. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Nice and clean home in a quiet neighborhood.

Perfect place to stay when visiting Fort Mill. Antoinette was super responsive and communicative. Bedrooms are spacious with extra comfy bedding ( I just ordered the same comforter because I liked it so much!). Great kitchen, spacious downstairs. Had everything we needed. We have family in town so we would definately stay here again.

The host was excellent. The house checked all the boxes for us and the fenced-in yard was a major plus.

Malinda’s house was perfect for our post-Christmas visit to see my folks. They lived nearby, so the location was perfect. The house was the ideal size for us with adequate bedrooms and bathrooms. The house was super clean. The garage was spacious and fit our small 4x6 trailer. Beds were decent enough and living room couches were better than the average Airbnb seating. Highly recommend. Communication was easy with Malinda. Don’t hesitate to book this one. We will be back!

I cannot say enough amazing things about this stay! It was so close to everything while also feeling private. It felt like a really safe neighborhood too. The bed was so comfy and the tvs were huge! Really a great stay - I highly recommend!

Chad was a great host and the place was prefect. It was walking distance from the city and very easy to travel to and from for places outside the city of Charlotte. For the place to be what and where it was, couples along with a great price it was amazing. Would definitely recommend
