10/10 from every aspect. The apt was perfectly located and decorated. The breakfast coupons daily were fantastic! Lots of options and a great way to start each day. Stefano was an incredible host who went above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect stay. He recommended the BEST restaurants and made our reservations. His communication with always quick and super pleasant. I can’t recommend Stefano and his apt enough!!! Thank you for an amazing stay! We all loved it !

We stayed for New Year's Eve and we had a very good time, all the services were excellent, both as appliances and as basic necessities such as salt, oil, sugar, detergents and soaps. The apartment is beautiful just as pictured....we didn't want to leave. They also hosted an Amstaff dog, and Salvatore and Rosaria are super cute, really great!!! Ivan and Geky

Stayed on Marco's place for 11 days and i never felt away from home. the place is walkable distance from the Mondolfo center and about 15 minutes away from the beaches. marco sent local recommendations for food and gelato which is a plus.

Sergio is a high-class host, available, attentive, very pleasant and very kind. I highly recommend it for anyone wishing to spend a few days in the beautiful city of FANO as well as the beautiful region to visit.
