Beautiful house of Alejandro and Maite! Just like the pictures, everything was impeccable. The house is very comfortable, in a super quiet place, and close to the center of Piriapolis. From the moment one has been super friendly, they always responded promptly. Very clean and tidy everything. The super clean pool as well as the house itself. We loved it! We're definitely going back ☺️

Everything is excellent, the house is just like the photos, beautiful, comfortable, spacious and has everything you need for your stay. The pool is big and always at a nice temperature. The space to enjoy outside is very nice and spacious too, the hammocks and the grillero undoubtedly give it great comfort, it also has good privacy. The area is very quiet and very close to downtown and the beach. It's definitely a perfect place to stay and enjoy. The treatment, both of the host and those who welcomed us, is impeccable, very friendly and warm. Very good communication during your stay. We recommend it 100%.

José's place is fantastic. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay in total comfort. The house has not lacked anything, it is super equipped even to be several days without having to move. The environment is super quiet and surrounded by greenery. The pool is spotless, well enjoyed. Not minor detail, place was very clean and well maintained. On the corner there is a super stocked warehouse, nothing is missing. We definitely recommend this place. We will be back soon. Excellent hosting. The house is super spacious, comfortable and has everything you need to spend a few days resting. The grillero is excellent, ideal for spending evenings and nights. Super quiet and safe area, we had zero problem. Super recommended.

The house provides everything you need for a good vacation, it is complete and very well furnished (it has two air conditioners, washing machines, laundry, hammocks, fabrics in all windows, tv in the rooms and living room, a large sofa, etc.). The mattresses and pillows are very comfortable, which guarantees a good rest. It has a beautiful and spacious exterior that invites you to enjoy the outdoors, ideal for those looking for peace of mind as there is no traffic noise. The deal with Manuel is friendly, he responds and resolves quickly. The departure was flexible which we thought was a great plus. We were greeted with a sweet bread, a pitcher with fresh water in the fridge and ready to use ice buckets, it was a nice touch! Highly recommended accommodation!!

the house is beautiful and meets the expectations. Special to stay with kids, we were able to really enjoy the spacious park, the tree house and the zip line. There is a lot of peace and the neighborhood is very quiet and safe.

Daniel is a great host, always willing and friendly, happy to have a conversation with him and listen to him. It helped us in everything, including healing our dog who was bitten on the beach for the carelessness of another dog's owner (if they go to Biarritz, extreme pet care!). La Casita is in the dune, the environment is a manicured garden, you leave the garden and walk very few meters until you see the beach and go down to the sea. It is a nice and quiet beach.

I been 2 months in Uruguay and stayed in many different Airbnbs, Fede's place is definitely the best! Everything is logical, well placed, well managed. The kitchen is perfect with all the necessary tools to make your own food. Place is very clean and Fede is truly a superhost. Recommended!

Casa Kotka gave us memorable days. We had the desire to take a special trip with our dogs. We chose this place thinking about them and were very welcome with our furry children. I think the evaluations do not live up to the experience you have during the stay, which goes beyond the house. Ocean Park is a very beautiful place and full of nature, which conveys a lot of peace. The beach is very close to the house and boasts a natural vegetation coastline that is breathtaking. The house is very cozy and allows us to disconnect from the day-to-day rush. Kotka House surprised us. Punta del Este is also very close for those who are by car, so if you want to take a more hectic ride, it is also possible. Victoria is a lovely host. sure we'll come back.

The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos. Ideal for going with friends or in a group. Best of all, the garden, very spacious and with a very nice grill. Lucia and Cristina were always attentive and responsive. As the only detail, they left a single key, which for the logistics of a large group is complicated; and the reservation did not include any sheets or towels. But I would definitely come back and recommend it
