Annexe was located in a lovely area. Inside, it was well presented and had everything I needed for a relaxed stay. The host Mel was very proactive, giving useful info throughout.

Clean modern home, good size tv with soundbar and sub great for films. A nice walk to the train station for trips to London. Nice play areas near by for young children. Just a shame there is no really close convenience store on the new estate.

Plenty of parking first of all as I entered through the gates. It’s a lovely quiet self contained, stand alone property with everything I needed to a 3 day stay over for work purposes. The bed as mentioned by previous guests is really comfy and I had a great nights sleep. Would stay again if in the area

I stayed for two weeks at Claire’s place. It was super clean, accurate of its images and description. Additional clean bedding was available and plenty of towels. Complimentary small kitchen items to help with your stay. Washing up liquid, milk etc. the kitchen was well equipped and I cooked a lot. The outhouse was a great asset for washing and drying clothes and was very handy for my two week stay. The house was always toasty warm. I would not hesitate in recommending this air BnB.

Would highly recommend staying at Mel’s house. The place was so clean and nice when we arrived. We did a long stay (2 months) and it made transition with a baby to a new country so seamless as Mel is friendly, helpful and the house had everything you could think of for a family. Beds where all extremely comfortable the house super spacious, nice gardens, couldn’t fault the stay at all!

There are two standout features of this Airbnb. The first is location. It’s on the first floor of a handsome period property in the centre of Bedford, a minute walk from the beautiful river embankment. And yet there is no traffic noise. The second is the array of extras that are detailed in the listing and mentioned by other reviewers. It is quite exceptional! The property was spotless, and it was cosy, which we were particularly grateful for as our stay coincided with a period of freezing cold. There was excellent communication from Wioletta and Craig. Highly recommended.

Emma was a very responsive host, the place was nice and clean. The table setup was a nice touch. Would recommend and it’s worth its value for a nice and cozy stay.

Our family of 4 had a great stay at Ray's place. The location was rather easy to locate by car, and the neighbourhood is extremely peaceful. Ray is very responsive and always ready to assist. The check-in process is very simple and flexible. There was also ample parking space on the road in front of the house. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Had a fantastic stay at graham's. It's certainly not in the centre of hustle and bustle but beautifully located in lovely surroundings and easily accessible to nearby towns. Great for walking my dog and a great gastro but within walking distance. would happily recommend for anyone to go to graham's. 👍

I stayed at Anne's place for work and it suited my needs very well. It has private parking, decent wi-fi and enabled me to be self-contained. The location is peaceful and it was nice to look out over horses and garden. Anne left some useful provisions in the fridge for me and was able to give local directions etc, which was very helpful. I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. The space was exactly what we were looking for—clean, comfortable, and well-located. Attention to detail and thoughtful touches really made us feel at home. We had a fantastic time and will definitely recommend it to others!

Great place to stay in Bedford. Tony is very responsive and the flat is great for families. The parking space is tight for larger cars (eg XC 90), but it’s totally necessary as there is very limited parking locally. Would stay again, thanks Tony!

Beautiful stable conversion with plenty of parking. Ali provided clear instructions, so no issues in finding the property. It is in a quiet rural location which is perfect for my partner when working away from home. The property was clean, tidy, spacious, modern and had everything needed for the week. We let Ali know that my partner who was staying had to get up early for work, so early to bed on each night, she made sure noise was kept to a minimum (thank you). Would happily recommend and would look to stay again in the future.

This was a very nice apartment with good amount of supplied cleaning products to keep it clean. No issues with any at all. Would definitely recommend.

Susanne won my heart with her very descriptive notes she sent me on the place on making the reservation. Communication with her was breezy. Her Airbnb is a quaint place which had everything I needed. She helped me with my bags up and down the stairs during my check-in and check-out. She was very respectful about my fear of dogs. As a host, I felt she gives you absolute privacy and in those rare instances you run into her, you feel like you've run into an old friend. I'm definitely looking forward to staying here again.

Everything was as described and very comfortable. Code access worked very well. A quiet area which suited us. We had a car which I feel is a must have. Jodie was prompt with her replies and offered her exact location much earlier than other airbnbs do, which was extremely helpful and reassuring. A Welcome folder was provided with lots of info. Definitely one Airbnb to be recommended.
