Great stay! The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and it had everything I needed for my stay. Good location for the town centre and railway station - both within easy walking distance. Being able to park directly outside was really handy too.

This was a business booking for two colleagues from Poland. They loved the accommodation, it was just as described and Fleur was a great host.

Lovely, quiet and clean flat. A great location with a short walk to the high street, for shops, pubs and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay in Bedford. Tony is very responsive and the flat is great for families. The parking space is tight for larger cars (eg XC 90), but it’s totally necessary as there is very limited parking locally. Would stay again, thanks Tony!

the flat is clean and equipped with every appliance you could want. Fleur quickly organised replacements when I mentioned some things that were damaged. I've had to stay here much longer than I'd planned but the flat has felt like home.

Susanne won my heart with her very descriptive notes she sent me on the place on making the reservation. Communication with her was breezy. Her Airbnb is a quaint place which had everything I needed. She helped me with my bags up and down the stairs during my check-in and check-out. She was very respectful about my fear of dogs. As a host, I felt she gives you absolute privacy and in those rare instances you run into her, you feel like you've run into an old friend. I'm definitely looking forward to staying here again.

+ Very clean apartment. + Great communication with the owner. + Near downtown and the park. + Shops, restaurants and pubs in walking distance - If someone smokes cigarettes, unfortunately there is no place to sit quietly and smoke. - Unfortunately, the bed is quite short for me, although I have to say that I am 2 meters long.

Had all the amenities needed fully equipped and felt right at home. It’s a very cozy apartment and Amanda has made the most of the space. The check in was easy and we were able to check in early it was located on a lovely quiet road with loads of beautiful walks. Would recommend!

I recently stayed at this property with my family, and it was an excellent experience. The house is perfect for a family of four, providing ample space and comfort. The host was incredibly caring and assisted us during both our arrival and departure, which made the stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights is the convenient parking right in front of the house. If the front parking is full, street parking is also available nearby. The location is another big plus, as it’s just a 15-20 minute walk to the town center, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The property is well-maintained, with a fully equipped kitchen that includes everything you might need—an oven, stove, washing machine, small fridge, and even an iron with a stand. The apartment is very cosy & located right in the heart of Luton. The host is very accommodating and made my stay as good as it could have been. Would certainly recommend this to anyone wanting to visit the area.

Had a great stay here, not hard to find at all, quiet area, loads to do around, went to rockingham castle and found a couple of local cafe’s. The house itself was very clean and tidy, smelled great, had everything you need in an AirBnb and was overall just perfect! Comfy, cosy and perfect for our stay! Claire was incredibly helpful, explained in detail where and how to get in, no confusion and was very flexible with checkout too! 5/5 would definitely stay again and recommend to all!

Dusty's Hook on the wall is lovely. It has everything you need, the kitchen is well equipt and Ailsa provides, bread, butter, milk, breakfast cereal, eggs, jams and left home made mincepies (delicious). The bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom was a good size and came with towels and toiletries. We had a lovely warm welcome and felt extremely comfortable during our stay.

We were met at the property by Vaida who was really nice and explained everything. Joseph rang us before and after our stay and they were both lovely hosts. We stayed in Finedon as we had tickets for the British Grand Prix and even though the drive to the circuit was 40mins it was an easy drive and the flat was in a great location. Would definitely recommend as the hosts were lovely and the flat was really clean.

Lovely flat, relaxing location and quiet on the riverside of the flat, slightly noisy on the street side until the early hours due to the town centre location, not an issue if cool enough to have the windows closed however. Location for town centre really good, restaurants, cafe Nero, Costa M&S and Waitrose all a 2 minute walk away, including bus stop for trips into Cambridge/Bedford. The Flat itself was a complete home from home had everything i needed during my stay. Communication from Fleur was really good. Would absolutely book again when visiting friends in the area.

We had a great stay, short walk to Bedford Town with lots of shops and restaurants. Clean apartment and we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying here. Tom was also quick to reply and helpful with any questions we had.

Fabulous place to stay at Bedford. Near to everything. You can walk to city centre and to the embankment. The house is complete with everything. My wife cooked everyday. The Management also superb in handling my request and queries. Thanks to Jade for this and helping us in finding another house in Bedford. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the place and would recommend others to stay here

I cannot review the apartment as listed as I was given a replacement apartment at the last minute due to a boiler issue. The flat I stayed in was excellent: clean, well equipped, comfortable, good heating and wifi. The communication wasn't the best between myself and the host - better to email them directly as they don't seem to check airbnb messages. All in all I had a great stay at the replacement apartment and would happily stay there again.

Easily accessed although booked very last minute and communicate was on point even responding first thing on a Sunday morning. Thank you ☺️
