Vacation rentals in Beaverdam

This was our second time staying at the coziest of cottages and third time staying at one of Brent and Carla’s properties. They go above and beyond in every way! Everything is so clean and welcoming! They are so responsive and proactive. Everything is taken care of and thought of in advance of your stay. The property itself is in a great location, close to the lake. It’s quiet and peaceful. The house is a great utilization of space and has everything that you might need and more. We would not hesitate to stay again and are so excited when one of their properties are available, because we know it will be top notch!

We had a perfect, relaxing long weekend with our family and hated to leave! The snow was an added bonus, and it was a great yard to play in. We spent hours in the sunroom overlooking the lake reading and playing games. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked and fun to make special meals in. The owners were so attentive and accessible. We’d love to come back in every season!

The house was great for our holiday get together. It's in a great location for Southern Maryland. It was also fun to see the animals hosted there.

The house was great! It had everything we needed to enjoy the long weekend. I would suggest packing water shoes for the little ones. We did not and left with a couple cuts but nothing serious.

We had a wonderful time here! We came for a peaceful wintertime getaway to get out of DC for a long weekend. Matt provided instructions in advance so we had no issues accessing the space. The area is very quiet, the frozen river honestly looked beautiful from the porch, and the house was clean and well-maintained. We did not explore the area much because it was very cold, but the house was warm, cozy, and comfortable - exactly what we were looking for! We would definitely recommend if you're looking for a quiet weekend away.

We always AirBnB for holidays because are large family keeps growing. This Thanksgiving was extra special due to the thoughtful touches throughout the house, the very well equipped kitchen, and comfortable furniture. We couldn't possibly be happier!

Cute little cottage with a gorgeous view! Great for a small family or small friends weekend out! Julie was responsive and ensured we could get to the cottage after a recent snow fall.

This home was beautiful, wonderful, and relaxing. The view from the house is so gorgeous and secluded. You really feel like you are on vacation. Of course our host was responsive and proactive. But as a busy mom with two little kids I have to highlight how particularly child friendly this home is! We stayed upstairs which has 2 bedrooms with a jack and Jill bath in between. My boys loved having two single beds at a height they could easily get into and I loved not worrying about them falling out of a gigantic bed. There were toys in the chest of their room with working batteries! Unreal! There was a mini table and chairs. Games and books spanned multiple ages and both my 4 yo and my 6 yo found games to play. My kids are sensitive to cold water (the little one turns blue!) and the heated pool was a HUGE hit. We never even made it to using the kayaks because the kids just wanted to be in the pool. There were even pool toys. I am running out of characters for this review! We will be back!

The place was perfect! Really enjoyed the stay and Connie was very communicative. Would definitely be back.
