Monthly Rentals in Beaver Creek

For a small town in SW MN with limited lodging, this is a great option! We rented both the front 1-bedroom and the back 2-bedroom for our family to celebrate Christmas with my mom who is in assisted living. She was able to spend the day in a comfortable homey place with her family. Do not expect everything to be modern and updated and although the units are mostly renovated with all the amenities you need, remember it is an older home. Jennifer is extremely responsive, accommodating and helpful. Oh the 1-bedroom also is pet friendly which helped us out too!

Country estates was the perfect place for our annual family Christmas. Plenty of rooms to accommodate our group of 15 ranging in age from 5 to 87 along with extra space to hang out. The heated garage with the extra activities was a real plus that allowed a space to hangout even with the cold temps outside. Shawna made a point to great us at check in and was very responsive to our needs-even providing us with an extra table so we could dine as a family! The home was beautifully decorated with the holiday decor and was extremely comfortable. We had the best time in this beautiful home and will definitely come back!! Thanks Shawna and Nick for allowing us to stay!
