Claudia was very friendly and responsive. Our place was clean, nice decor, comfortable seating and bedding, easy and walkable distance to beach and local restaurants and shops, to name just a few. We enjoyed our mini “resort” like vacay!

The Alex Moore house is just lovely. We had an excellent visit in Swansboro and Mike’s home was a highlight! Our family of five stayed here while visiting for a wedding. We had so much room! The kitchen was amazing and our kids made use of the media room and pool. The home is exquisite… beautifully furnished, sparkling clean, and stocked like home. We especially loved the location. Just walk a few blocks and you’ll find restaurants on the water’s edge, boutique shops, and many historic homes that line the neighborhood. We so appreciated Mike’s attention to detail which made this stay just perfect. Thank you again for hosting us and for making our first trip to Swansboro one for the books!

This is definitely a place I would come back to! It was in a great location and had so many amenities. Stephanie was quick to respond and very helpful with details on the house and other activities. The pool was very nice, we enjoyed our mornings in the sun relaxing.

Very clean house. Sarah was quick to respond and made us feel very welcome. Our last two Airbnbs were disappointing. Sarah’s dedication made us decide that we will continue to use Airbnb when traveling. Amazing host. Highly recommend.

We were at Kelly's during the January, 2025 snowstorm, so we were unable to take advantage of all the amenities. However, we still enjoyed our stay and walks on the lovely beach which was a 5 minute walk from Kelly's. We had everything we needed and more. The home was spotless. Also, Kelly offered for us to extend our stay in her B&B, at no extra charge, if we were unable to travel because of the snowstorm. We truly appreciated Kelly's very kind offer.

This was our 2nd time staying here and i can’t say enough good things about Andy’s place… we have definitely enjoyed staying here and felt right at home… i recommend this place and would definitely give 10 stars is optional… Thanks Andy for sharing your place 😀

The location was perfect. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. Cannot say enough wonderful things to describe Melissa's attention to my family's every needs and questions. I don't do AIRBNB that often and Melissa was so immediate to any questions that we had. Melissa made my family's stay feel pampered and special. My wife and I came in from California to see our Daughters and Grandkids who live near Emerald Isle and we could not have had a better stay. The house was better than the pictures, especially the pool area with the palm tree vibe, we all felt like we were in the tropics. The family spent hours in and around the pool rather than time by the Ocean. The air conditioning during the incredible humidity made meals and down time absolutely the best. The inside space and decorations in each room was perfect. My wife was overjoyed with seeing our family and the house accommodations. Melissa and rental made this old soldier's vacation perfect. This house was exactly what my family was looking for for our holiday family gathering. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need to make meals, the game room and hot tub were a hit with children and adults alike, and most importantly, the host’s communication was prompt and professional. She was able to help us with an elevator reset before our grandmother came over for dinner which was a bonus in service excellence. Thank you for hosting our family!

We had a good week staying at the beach house, even though Hurricane Debbie was with us the entire week. The house was as advertised, and even bigger in person. This was great for a rainy week as everyone was able to have their own space when needed. The pool and hot tub saved the week when we could not go to the beach. Overall we had a good week staying at this house and would recommend it to others and we would consider staying here again. Couple of can do betters - the kitchen was great, had just about everything we needed, but a couple of non-stick frying pans would have been great. With all the rain, the pool got chilly and it would have been great if we had instructions to turn the pool heater on. The gas grill was great (one of the reasons I picked your house), we used it almost daily, but it might be time for a replacement Again, everyone loved the house - it met our needs and was beautiful. We needed large home to accommodate our family for a large wedding in town. Dana’s house was perfect. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended.

Josh and Meghan were great hosts. They were super responsive prior to check in and during our stay. We were able to check in easily. The house was adorable and super clean. Lovely views from the back deck where the hot tub is. Pretty lights and just beautiful area. Would absolutely book again!!

My family stayed for a month at Steve’s place and I can’t say enough great things about it. It was honestly the perfect stay. Location was great, floor plan of the house worked perfectly with my family of 5, back yard was perfect for our 2 dogs, beds were comfortable, kitchen was perfect setting for cooking family dinners. I could go on and on. I highly recommend this place for any family get away. It also could be a great spot for a girls weekend away. The beach is close by in Emerald Isle along with being close to the beautiful waterfront town of Swansboro.

The Cottage at Week’s Farm is lovely and feels like home. This was our third visit and we so enjoy the property. Tonya is a wonderful host and the cottage is quaint and comfortable. The location is easy access to Emerald Isle and Beaufort. Groceries are close by.

We had a wonderful winter stay at the Hen House! It was easy to settle right in with the panoramic views and comfortable accommodations. We highly recommend this place for families!

We had a great stay at the Kite House! Six moms and six third grade girls had plenty of room to spread out, chat, and play. The walk into town was about 15-20 minutes and we did it a couple of times. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location in a cute community. Easy walk right out to the beach, got to see gorgeous sunsets daily from one of many decks, and ample space on the interior to not feel like we were on top of each other. Justin is also one of the most responsive hosts, which we were so appreciative of.

We loved staying with Wendy for a friends trip to the coast. The place had lots of comfortable outdoor seating and was exactly as described in a very convenient location.

This was a very lovely place to stay! The beds were SO comfortable! It was clean and well taken care of! Kelly was great to work with. She even sent me some info on something I loved in the house.

Gorgeous house that was a perfect for a family wedding weekend. Dan was incredibly responsive when I reached out with a question and proactively contacted me to say we could check in early. The house and it's location directly on the beach were both beautiful. we had a lovely time.
