Super easy access to the islands wonderful neighborhood. The cleaner had missed a few things when we arrived. Sarah was very responsive and refunded the cleaning fee immediately for the trouble. Over all I would recommend staying here! Nice little dog park for the fur baby a short walk from the house.

Amazing home in a beautiful community. Short distance from the Beaufort Water Front. Be sure to rent the golf cart. It makes getting around the island easy and enjoyable. Don’t forget to watch for the horses in the evenings.

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Gregory's place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Gregory was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the host via a phone call. The space was clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. Yve’s place was wonderful. It was peaceful and perfect for our group. The fenced in yard was perfect for the dogs. They loved running around off leash for a few days. Would highly recommend Yve’s listing to anyone looking for a place around Havelock or Newport.

Phenomenal home! Quiet neighborhood, beautiful property, easy access to the beach. Kitchen had everything you need. Comfortable beds, plenty of bedrooms, clean bathrooms and they supply body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Pool table was fun. This is a wonderful property for an extended family weekend. Matthew and Joel were wonderful. Easy to work with and quick responses. If you want to stay in a beautiful, quiet, roomy home this is it!! Loved our stay! Thank you again!!

The home was immaculate, and Rose really went out of her way to welcome us. She had snacks, drinks and a bottle of wine waiting for us. I would highly recommend this home, it’s a home away from home.

Beautiful condo unit as compared to others we have stayed at in the same building. Beautiful setting on the sound with view of the ocean which is very close. Pool is beautiful as well. Baths for each bedroom which is great. Beds were great!!

Wonderful location with a perfect view of the dunes and ocean. The 2nd story balcony alone made this an ideal place to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean. The building's backyard landscaping is very pretty. There's a long boardwalk that leads to the beach right beside the condo building. It's a very deep beach so plan on a bit of a hike over the beautiful sand to the water. The unit itself was very nice. The bed in the master was comfortable and we had all the needed necessities for a long weekend. Note - the beds in the 2nd bedroom were pretty small but were comfortable. We were please to see there were plenty of beach chairs and a Shibumi Shade 'tent' (nice extra touch) available. We were a little confused on the best place to park upon arrival so here's a hint for you - when you turn onto Commerce Way, drive straight to the back of the condo complex until you see the boardwalk. There's parking on the left. The steps to go to the unit are facing the boardwalk. Great place!

Our time at Brian's place could not have been a better fit for our needs - we stayed at his cute and cozy townhouse while I was working through the task of relocating to the Havelock area. The location was close to the school my daughters are enrolled, and with the additional time it ended up taking to find a place that worked for our living situation, I was able to easily extended our stay twice - which was both a relief and such a quick process to complete these adjustments I needed to make for our stay! Not only was Brian was always very quick to respond and polite during our communication, but the home was comfortable and made life so much easier during a rather unpredictable stretch of time. My daughters and I greatly enjoyed our time during our stay, we felt as comfortable as possible as we embarked on this new chapter in a new state!

This is such a charming place! This is one of the better AirBNBs I've rented. John was super helpful and responsive. The place had everything we needed and was super comfortable for our week long stay. It was clean, well stocked with the comforts of home, and located in a quiet neighborhood. Wish we had a little warmer weather while we were there so we could've enjoyed the back deck. Overall, our experience was fantastic!
