Bear Valley vacation rentals

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It is very cozy; perfect for a woodland winter getaway compete with fires in both the outdoor fire pit and the indoor wood burning stove. The dogs lived their best dog lives running around outside and exploring. We really liked the privacy resulting from the other nearby cabins being boarded up for the winter. We were practically the only ones in the neighborhood! The only issue we had was that the instructions from the rental management company about how to obtain the keys for check-in were not clear. We would definitely recommend this place and plan to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Julie’s Cabin on the River. The title is fitting as the soothing sound of the South Fork of the Stanislaus River can be heard from the back porch or when the windows are opened . So peaceful and relaxing. It was just as we hoped. Our boys loved the new recliners in the “solarium.” Would definitely return for another stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Camp Earnest. Everything about the cabin matched what Raman showed in the listing. It was relaxed and unpretentious, just a little room in the woods. The cabin was clearly old and nothing was fancy, but everything worked and was comfortable and the place was stocked with everything we needed, including ample heating (very important!) and comfortable beds with clean linens and abundant pillows. Check in was super easy. We found Camp Earnest charming and would love to come back and spend more time there in the summertime. Our 7 year old kiddo also loved it and enjoyed roaming around while we were there. We would highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay here!! The house was very spacious, clean & well-stocked! Good driving distance to Dodge Ridge, and it was very helpful to have a laundry room where we could dry our snow clothes overnight. Too cold during our stay to use the deck & fire pit, but this would probably be very nice during the summer months!

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vicki's cabin. The cabin is very well stocked with everything a family needs for entertainment, cooking and relaxation. We appreciated these details. We were also amazed by the wildlife we encountered right outside the door - deer and flocks of beautiful turkeys making their presence heard. We have never been to this area before, but Vicki was extremely helpful with plenty of information and suggestions to keep us busy. Thanks Vicki!

Got the cabin because of its proximity to kirkwood. For that purpose, it was totally worth it. The cabin itself was clean and tidy. And the checkin checkout process was very smooth.

This was our second time staying at Leedas home. it's in a great safe location with many small towns to visit. my family comes to ione to fish the local lakes. plenty of parking if you bring a boat with many lakes to choose to fish.

I highly recommend this place. Felt right at home. Everything was very clean, comfortable beds, restrooms/bed sheets were very clean. Laurie was very responsive and quickly answered any questions I had.

We had a fantastic time at Fred and Patricia’s home. It was perfect for our group of six. Centrally located, comfortable, and with a very usable kitchen to prepare meals. Already talking about a follow-up trip!

A great home for my family when visiting Modesto over the holidays. The house was clean and beds comfortable. The location with access to the garage for parking is a great benefit. We will hopefully be able to book this home for all our future trips.

We had a comfortable stay at Laura’s place. Beautiful scenery. Lots of privacy. Plenty of room, clean, and fully stocked kitchen. Kids loved that they got their own beds. We enjoyed the snow, just a short 15 minute drive from the house. We drove to South Lake Tahoe (about an hour and 22 min drive) for some arcade fun and slots at Harvey’s.

Faiza's place was marvelous, its huge enough for group of 16 and still has more space, kids love the game room and adults too, kitchen is big and has all the things that we need to ssrved thanksgiving dinner and we were surprised she even has rice cooker, lots of parking space huge backyard kids love to see the deers passes by all the time, Faiza is really a super host I highly recommend.

The Mountain House was the perfect place to stay for the three day weekend. Kitchen fully stocked. Pillows have to be the comfiest I have ever experienced. Jim (host) was so responsive and kind enough to lend us his sleds. I'm already trying to plan when I can bring my family (including pooch) to stay at the Mountain House. Love, love, love this place.

This place is great. The location is very convenient and you could take the shuttle to Ski, which is awesome. The place has plenty of space and a fully equipped kitchen. We can't wait to come back and stay again.

The place was roomy and great. Kitchen well stocked. We had a minor issue with the garage door and Bernardo was extremely responsive and solved the issue almost immediately. I highly recommend this accommodation

Doug was a fantastic host! My partner was sick the entire stay and he made sure we had everything we needed. If you need anything, just text and ask Doug. The location is perfect near lift 1 and right above 7800 Bar & Grill. Great place for a ski trip!

Perfect place to come home to after a day of exploring in Yosemite. The fire was warm, the grill was perfect for post hike brats and the space was enough for our family of 3. We woke up in a winter wonderland and the grounds teams had plowed the parking lot and roads leading out, which was helpful given the amount of snow that was falling. Highly recommend, we will be back!

Ideal spot for family ski vacation. We loved the location, really very easy to ski in // ski out. Covered parking was a great + condo is super well furnished and the kitchen is really fully equipped, so cool to have all the spices, oil and vinegar. Rooms were comfy and the fire stove was so good for the après. I really recommend this place if you like tonne close to the slopes.
