Shawn's place was perfect, just the spot for a quick trip. But her place is so peaceful and beautiful I wish we could have stayed longer. Centrally located in Paradise, and ample room to spread out. Thoughtful touches, from playing cards and games to quite a diverse selection of coffees. Well appointed. And Shawn was friendly without being intrusive. Overall, a great place.

My girlfriend, myself, and our dog were thrilled with the location. It's a great loft. I'm so glad we found this place, and I highly recommend it if you're visiting Chico. Here's what we liked about this place: - Quick drive to downtown/Bidwell Park. - Nice, peaceful, quiet location. Safe area too! - Private entrance that you park next to (easy for unpacking the car). - Great neighborhood to walk daily. - Dog-friendly unit and area! Always a plus. - Clean and pristine loft. - Comfortable bed. - We stayed during the winter, and it was very warm and cozy. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to make a snack or cook a meal. Keurig machine if you want coffee, toaster over, microwave, small stove. Refrigerator for the cold stuff. - Lightening fast internet (yes, it matters if you have to do a little work while traveling or streaming on your devices). - Responsive host. Always quick to address questions or concerns. Very friendly. The place was perfect for us.

Tom and his wife were great hosts. They are very kind and responsive. we stayed for about a month with zero issues. the house is well equipped for long stays and very comfortable. we will be staying here again when we visit chico.
