Everything is wonderful at this Air B & B location. Lovely accommodations beautifully arranged, gorgeous views. Everything’s clear in terms of instructions and the owners and staff members are super kind. Completely recommend for a peaceful weekend away or longer stay.

The loft was exactly as it’s seen in the photos. It’s a very sweet one bedroom. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed all the comfort. The lighting was nice, the AC worked great on those hot Chico days, the decor was lovely. My mom and I stayed here after being evacuated from the Park Fire, so it was so nice to feel safe and at ease. Gail was very kind to us. The neighborhood is super cute, like a mini replica of downtown Chico with beautiful big green trees shading the streets. We were even able to walk to the Italian restaurant near by one evening which was a perk. It was a quiet area as well. The front seating area was sweet but we were there during smokey days due to the fire so the ants and beetles were crawling around a lot, probably because of the AQI. Other than that it was a fantastic location and close to many errands we had to run. It’s ideal for a couple or single person. Definitely recommend it! It’s not far from other areas of Chico. Looking to stay in Durham or Chico CA? You’ve found your place. This beautiful studio is in a great location, beautiful peaceful surroundings, wonderfully stocked and very comfy with super cute decor. We love it here and look forward to visiting again soon!

Great little detached house was the perfect home base for my daughter and I this weekend. Any questions or concerns we had were answered right away and Deserae went above and beyond for us to we feel right at home. We didn’t use it but such a bonus to have washer/dryer in the house; we enjoyed having a living room area with comfortable couches to watch tv at night; bed was comfortable, appreciated having a ceiling fan in the bedroom; full sized kitchen was well stocked with appliances and had coffee for our early mornings. I would say two girls in the small bathroom getting ready was our only issue but we made it work. Thank you again for letting us use your space, it was perfect for us!
